Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years

16th Jul 2019 (6 years ago)They informed us about a change in our move-in date less than 12 hours before the original date of the move. The new date was pushed by two weeks. Therefore, as we had already switched all utilities to the new apartment, we had to survive without utilities in the old apartment for two weeks. Moreover, the estate agent we were in contact with was behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way on the phone as we called him to explain the issues. He was shouting at us on the phone and blamed the situation on us, the clients. Furthermore, the agent did not inform us about other issues we faced regarding the move and when asked about it, he claimed to have been in contact with us regarding the problems, which was not true.

17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was informed that my offer was accepted via WhatsApp from Chante, and was told they would take off the listing online for me. I was also never asked for a holding deposit which is usually the way to handle an accepted offer, so I thought it was very strange that they told me the listing would be taken down. When I asked for any updates, I would be left with “I’ll call you in 10” but was never called and left with no response. I called the office multiple times and hung up on multiple times. When I shared my frustration with their manager, Pavlo, they were confused why I was under the impression that I had the flat bc in their records show there was no offer accepted. Never received an apology. Only excuses as to why Chante was responding the way she did. Unprofessional and very unresponsive company. I can only imagine what it might be like as a tenant with any concerns if they’re like this from the beginning.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

Sarah Edwards helped us find the perfect flat, arranged a viewing the next day and managed a seamless referencing and contract signing process, and ultimately helped us move in smoothly. The whole team's professionalism, responsiveness, and end-to-end service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They are highly recommended and trustworthy.

Jack was so patient with all the delays, chased the solicitors and buyers when we were losing the will, and kept us sane. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. Really appreciate everything!

1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I would like to share my experience with landlords who are thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be very happy to take full year commission from you the moment they have found a tenant for you but they will not refund you in cash if your tenant moves out early say after month 2 in my case. They will not return you the commission even if you no longer wish to rent out your property. Be very careful if you are considering using Foxtons. I see the business practice as totally unfair and have shared with all my neighbours and community groups. People need to be aware of it. I will share it over the social platforms as well to promote awareness. Think about selling your property through Foxtons. Would you want to use a company like this? I wouldn’t.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I recently completed the sale of my property with Shakir at Lyss Homes, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the outset, Shakir was excellent. He advised us throughout the entire process and is clearly very knowledgeable about the market. We were exploring both a full sale and the shared ownership route, and his guidance across both options was invaluable. Ultimately, the sale went through via shared ownership, and his expertise in that space really showed. In an industry that can sometimes have a bad reputation and questionable tactics, Shakir is the complete opposite. He is honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the process, was always available to answer questions, and adapted the approach when needed. We reached the final stages of the sale on one occasion before the buyer pulled out at the last minute, which was understandably frustrating. However, Shakir remained positive and proactive throughout, helping us regroup and go again. It got quite nervy towards the end the second time around, but he was instrumental in keeping momentum and ultimately getting the deal over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shakir or Lyss Homes and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
