5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Very poor customer service. Failure to respond to messages and telephone call and it's been over a week. This doesn't provide much confidence they will deal with potential buyers any differently so I'd avoid. Plenty of good estate agents in the area, two of which in the same period of time have responded, visited the property, valued it and provided a quote to market it for sale.

I have recently decided to rent my house out through Cousins and having never done this before, Cousins were incredibly informative, supportive and trustworthy during this process. Cousins have been reliable and helped find the perfect Tennant for my home. I'd like to especially mention Miss Jessica Smith who has managed this for me and been truly outstanding and devoted throughout this ????????????

26th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)Useless we gave everything thay asked for and more even was willing to pay 4 mouths rent up front to help thing along to then after two weeks of no phone calls and I'm always calling them to get updated for them to then ask to come and look at the property I'm living in that thay don't even own

I can honestly say that out of all the people involved in this Tracey was key in providing me with the really helpful support which made a huge difference and most importantly made the sale of my property possible. It is unusual for me to leave reviews but without doubt if I had not had her knowledgeable, professionalism and really effective guidance throughout the process the sale would not have completed. Thank you so much Tracey you are a real asset to the company and I wish you and Edward Mellor all the very best for the future.
5th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.

2nd Nov 2018 (5 years ago)Been dealing with/working with Waltons for years from my time at the council and also running my own business. I have always found Martin and Kate to be very knowledgeable and refreshingly work very hard to promote 'betterment' for their business and their customers/clients also for the areas where they have properties. In my opinion, they are certainly the most reputable commercial agents in Tameside and very knowledgeable and experienced and speak common sense.
