Communication was excellent throughout, and they kept us informed at every stage, making what is naturally a stressful process feel far more manageable.<br><br>Teresa was always responsive, knowledgeable and reassuring, while Matt's advice and experience gave us confidence in the decisions we made along the way. We always felt they had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Selling a home you've lived in for many years is emotional, but Teresa and Matt handled everything with kindness, patience and professionalism. Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)With particular reference to Lucia Guillaca, who at the time was based at the Butler Sherborn office in Cirencester and has since moved to Burford, my husband and I cannot speak more highly of our experience in buying our lovely stone cottage in Fossebridge. Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end. They have helped relieve the stress that comes with moving no end. The promptness with replying to either email or phone is second to none. Also the support given whilst using there GoodLord website was outstanding. Thank you Perry Bishop Lettings team, if we ever need to move again we will be heading your way.

Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.
