Outstanding service from Ed at Knight Frank<br><br>We were incredibly impressed with the support, advice, and service we received from Ed throughout the sale of our home. Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.<br><br>Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

James and the team were really passionate about selling our property and very knowledgeable about the area the market and our potential buyer types. They helped us to get the market quickly and efficiently. All the team were helpful and James especially was very helpful and honest and supportive. We managed to find the right buyer and in the right timeframe in a challenging market. I would highly recommend all the team

22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

Everyone has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process.<br><br>A special thank you to Debbie in lettings and Jemma in sales, who were both fantastic and made everything feel so much easier. They were always happy to help, kept us informed and provided great support from start to finish.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Held off writing a review until my former housemate had moved out, but between us we were there 2019-2026.<br><br>Phill is a very difficult person to deal with. It is upsetting to be bullied as an adult, and fortunately he is my only experience of it, but I had a very unpleasant time with the HA.<br><br>We would discuss directly with the landlord instead, which fortunately worked for us. But then makes you wonder why even have a letting agency in the mix.<br><br>As a landlady myself now, I would not go anywhere near the HA given my experience on the other end.

He kept in regular communication with updates and provided reassurance at each stage. As first time buyers, it was reassuring to have Tom's patience and understanding and he took the time to explain the process as we went through it. Would recommend. Thanks, Tom!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.

They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
