9th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I had a really great recent experience with using Connells, specifically Ali as my mortgage advisor. My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

24th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

From start to finish.<br>Despite facing multiple hurdles along the way, they navigated every challenge with complete professionalism, patience and unwavering support. They consistently went above and beyond, showing real dedication to getting everything over the line.<br><br>Communication was outstanding throughout and we were always kept informed, our questions were answered promptly, and we felt supported every step of the way. Their hard work and reassurance made a difficult process so much easier.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

They were extremely accommodating when arranging viewings and went the extra mile to make things easier for us during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend and use them in the future. 27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Initially the house was up for too much as we had no viewings. Once the price was reduced we had more viewings plus one SSTC. I didn’t feel Hamwics were quick to advise of changes.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 19th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts
16th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We have bought from Charters in 2019 and sold the same house via them in 2026. Both the experiences have been great and Charters have always stood out in terms of the service quality they offer (esp compared to other agencies). Tom in particular has been very helpful throughout the process from managing the sales negotiation to sales progression and has always been approachable and very responsive with regards to any questions we had. The rest of the team we have spoken to, Lottie, Paul and Alex have been great to work with as well.

With steady calm and knowledge deep, She makes her promises and then she keeps. From first-view nerves to final sign, Her guidance feels both sharp and kind. She knows the market, reads the room, Turns “maybe later” into “soon.” Clear in speech and quick to act, No glossy spin—just honest fact. If trust could be an estate agents sign, Hers would read ‘Sold’ every time. So if Balham’s where your search begins, You’ll want Elizabeth working with you till the end.
