1st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)We selected Dowen to sell our house having consulted GetAgent. The initial viewing and assessment was conducted by Emilee who came over as enthusiastic and very knowledgeable of the current market. The valuation was as we expected and advertising was directly with them and linked with Right Move and Zoopla. Our property sold very quickly and pleasingly those who viewed all wanted to buy it. Communication has been very good throughout and hopefully the sale will complete without any issues. I would highly recommend Emilee and Dowen’s Estate Agents,Peterlee.

Ashley made everything straightforward and was always quick to answer any questions, which really helped make the letting process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Bridgefords and really appreciate Ashley’s excellent service.

Communication has always been excellent, and everything has been handled in a professional, efficient manner from start to finish. Whenever any issues came up, they were dealt with quickly and with minimal hassle for us as landlords. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services to anyone looking for a trustworthy property management company

20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Brilliant service. I have been using Opa for buying and selling for 6 years now. I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
