As I’m new to the area, the whole process could have felt quite overwhelming, but she really went out of her way to make everything feel easy and reassuring. She has this rare ability to make you feel like you are her only client, always giving you her full attention and making you feel genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. She was incredibly polite, highly professional and always went above and beyond. Every time I spoke with her, she made what can often be a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. It honestly felt like I was dealing with a friend who was truly invested in helping me find the right home and settle into a new area. All of the team were also lovely whenever I called, but Sophie really stands out as an exceptional asset to the company. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her and the level of service she provides. I would highly recommend them and especially Sophie, to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept me informed at every stage and were always quick to answer any questions. Their knowledge of the local market was clear, and they worked hard to secure a great offer in a week. Sadly the buyer pulled out after delays in the chain but the Northwood team quickly got the property back on the market and secured us another great offer in a matter of days! What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I felt confident I was in good hands from start to finish. The quality of the listing was excellent and they had professional photography not just someone snapping on their phone, which I do believe generated great interest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I could not fault the experience of working with Evenmore Properties for the sale of the house. From initial contact to completion, all aspects of communication were excellent. Having access to the various online resources that are required for the duration of the sale meant I was always able to keep track of the process without having to contact them for updates. If you are looking to sell a property I would recommend them without hesitation.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process.
