30th Sep 2026 (25 days ago)Tried to get information and a video viewing for a property and they didn't have all the information available which I understand but they didn't even acknowledge by request for a video viewing and now I see the property is under offer!<br><br>Update<br><br>Why do you want me to email with the details when you already have them!<br><br>You can search by my name and the other details you already have but I doubt you will bother to look into this and are only responding to show willing they you care.

6th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I had a great experience with Northwood. Buying my mum's flat was an absolute pain with solicitor issues and landlord issues, however, Northwood were amazing throughout. If you ever have to navigate a difficult and stressful situation, Leanne is exactly the kind of person you want trying to resolve your problems - she is friendly, sympathetic, but will not let issues drop and pursues them relentlessly when necessary. Everyone else we dealt with was also great and very helpful. Of course we weren't really the customers but very glad that our seller picked Northwood and I will definitely use them next time I'm selling a property.

As a full time carer at the other end of the country, I couldn't make it up even once but they handled everything for me. From getting the keys back from my exiting tenants to having the cash in my bank took less than 3 months, which must approach a record? Gina Brown - Branch Manager and my handler - gave perfect personalised attention. I'd never sold before so needed a bit of hand holding, and she was always kind and available. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the initial contact to the valuation, marketing, viewing of property and communication they have been excellent. From our experience we would never use any other estate agent (in the extremely unlikely event of us ever selling our current home).

20th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Terrible experience trying to buy a property through Hive Estates. We were set on buying a Sandyford flat and ready to offer significantly above asking price, but there was a serious rising damp problem in the hallway, which they initially tried to hide when we viewed the property. It had been superficially patched so we asked for details on the diagnosis of the problem and any work that had been done. The estate agent who showed us round had zero information on the property, for the issue or more broadly. The wider team refused to share any further information, saying the owner of the flat had "no idea" what the issue was diagnosed as and what the work, and that there was no documentation because a "property manager had fixed the issue" not the owner.<br><br>They also lied initially. They said that the issue had only been fixed three weeks ago, hence the smell of damp throughout the property, but when we spoke to someone on the phone they said it was fixed 10 months prior.<br><br>We actually made clear that the damp wasn't a dealbreaker, and that we just needed to go round with a surveyor or even just a damp metre - they blocked us and wouldn't allow it.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with seemed fresh out of school and were winging it. I struggled to get in contact even when putting an offer in and had to ring multiple times a day.

His knowledge of the house and seller was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions upfront, rather than requiring follow-ups as I had often experienced with other agencies.<br>He was welcoming, engaging and genuinely reassuring throughout the viewing, with a great sense of humour that made me feel at ease and brought a few laughs along the way. He also offered thoughtful suggestions about what could be done with the property, helping me visualise its potential and imagine how I could make it my own.<br>After such a lengthy search, this level of personal involvement, professionalism and genuine care really stood out. EweMove should be proud to have Jonathan representing the agency. An excellent experience, and one I would happily recommend to other buyers!
