15th May 2023 (3 years ago)From day one they were totally professional, nothing was too much trouble. Although the sale is not quite finalised yet,they have kept me informed as to the progress. I would recommend them to anyone.
12th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on. A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective. There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.

3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)After meeting with a number of local estate agents to sell our property, we decided to go with Connells due to their confidence and positive attitude to not only getting the property on the market quick, but also in being able to showcase it to the right prospective buyers. This resulted in a number of viewings and offers. Even through the whole process, which included probate, the team were in contact to guide me through the sale and see it through to completion in approx 3 months. I'm actually surprised at how easy and straightforward it all was, and well within the time frame Harrison and Jack had suggested it would be. Would definitely recommend the team at Connells in Rayleigh.

She guided us step-by-step, was always available for calls, and kept us updated every single day. We always knew exactly where we stood. She was incredibly reassuring, kept everything running smoothly, and really put us at ease. We couldn’t recommend Bairstow Eves enough, especially with Claire handling our sale.
10th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Robert Michael Estate Agents handled the recent sale of our house in Thundersley. They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

22nd Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently purchased a flat via Smooth Move and I have to say the service they provided was excellent, Lisa was amazing, she kept me up to date with all issues and progress, and was a massive help and support to me though the whole process. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

10th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
