6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth at BM - sadly I wasn't successful in buying a property through them - however, Elizabeth was a very lovely and professional estate agent. She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

They kept me updated at every stage and were always quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend if you want an estate agent that actually cares about getting things done right.

27th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Admin Rosie Goodall is most helpful to assist effectively and efficiently by cc me into accounts of my two relatives (who are Leaseholders of Latymer Court) as well as given her instruction to the estate office too. In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Highly recommend. This was not like a normal estate agent experience! Simon & Martin were so helpful, kept us updated. Always returned calls quickly & were extremely calm when we had any issues! They are absolutely brilliant & I would definitely use them again.
16th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)?I currently rent with Foxtons, and the customer support is appalling. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.
