I was given clear insights into the current market and good advice. Most importantly, Elizabeth didn't make me feel pressured in any way, which gave me peace of mind; I appreciated her guidance and professional but friendly manner and highly recommend her services.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

Incredibly easy to deal with, bringing real positivity and energy, coupled with professionalism and industry knowledge. His can do approach to property search was so encouraging. If only all estates agents could be a bit more Kevin! I thoroughly recommend working with Kevin, he is an absolute credit to the agency.

Hero Preston, in particular, was incredibly helpful and speeded up the whole process. Always responsive and willing to offer some advice, I would use them in the future.

From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant in helping us sell our flat.<br><br>Phil was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. He kept us informed at every stage, gave excellent advice when we needed it, and went above and beyond to keep everything moving smoothly.

9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Avoid them, rude and unethical practices<br><br>Avoid renting here at all costs. Our move-out and tenancy experience with this agency, and specifically our property manager Christina, was defined by rude correspondence, intimidation tactics, and highly unethical financial practices.<br><br>Despite paying our rent in full, they attempted to double-charge us over at checkout. Worse, they tried to unlawfully retain a huge portion of our deposit using completely fabricated charges. They billed us a huge "redecoration fee" for standard wear-and-tear and attempted to charge us for pre-existing issues—including carpet stains, curtains and sink scratches—that were all clearly documented on our move-in inventory. Christina even deliberately went back on verbal agreements she made on-site regarding these charges on painting. She even tried to blame us for pre-existing moth infestation on carpets and other issues during our stay which was documented on our checkin report.<br><br>Fortunately, we kept meticulous records and took them to the official Tenancy Deposit Scheme dispute service, where we won our dispute and forced the return of a major portion of our deposit. They prey on tenants who don't know their rights. Protect your money and peace of mind, and rent elsewhere.

21st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)When you sell a beautiful family home that you have loved for 20 years you need to find an estate agent you can trust.<br>We chose Winkworths partly because they have a huge client base which would allow them to steer the correct buyers in our direction.<br>This is exactly what happened and our house sold above our expected sale price without even going on the market.<br>They were attuned to our needs and concerns, utterly dependable and professional throughout the whole process.<br>Thank you Cameron and Donovan.

They kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly, and were always available to help whenever I had questions. After every viewing, we received detailed feedback, which we really appreciated.<br><br>We were particularly impressed with how the team personally led all the viewings and made sure that potential buyers were given accurate and helpful information about our home. They’re an independent business and it really shows — they’re completely different from the stereotypical estate agent. No hard sell, no nonsense, just genuinely lovely, normal people who actually care and go the extra mile.<br><br>They’ve been brilliant throughout both the rental and sale process, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them.<br><br>Would 100% recommend Village Properties to anyone looking to rent or sell!
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

James was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand my requirements and liaising with the landlord whenever needed. His support made what could have been a stressful and time-consuming process feel much more straightforward.<br><br>Communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses by both email and phone whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Even while James was away, the handover to his colleagues was smooth, ensuring that any outstanding matters were followed up without disruption.<br><br>Overall, I really appreciated James’ professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a smooth and well-supported house-search experience.
