3rd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Our experience renting through Druce has been one of broken promises, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. An all round horrible experience.<br><br>We did everything asked of us, promptly and in good faith. We signed the tenancy, passed all referencing and guarantor checks, and paid our deposit and a full month's rent without a single delay. In return, we were handed a flat that was nowhere near ready to live in. What is even more shocking that the landlord had not been aware of the majority of this, showing the way in which Druce "take care" of their clients...<br><br>Despite professional cleaning being an agreed condition of our tenancy, the flat was not cleaned. It was left full of the previous occupant's belongings. There was broken glass left on the balcony. We were given only one key for two tenants. The bed we were promised was never provided, leaving a bedroom of a two-bedroom flat unusable. And, discovered by us, and not disclosed by them, there were mouse droppings and large holes throughout the flat, along with a long list of other defects: missing radiator valves leaving rooms with no heating, broken cupboards, broken toilet seats, a loose electrical socket, and more. None of it was mentioned to us before we signed and paid.<br><br>Druce openly admitted to us that they had rushed the process to meet the move-in date. Yet when we raised that the flat was unusable, we were told it had been "our choice" not to move in. We had already given up our previous homes on the strength of that date. As a result, we spent a week without a home, staying with friends, all while paying full rent for a property we could not live in. When asked for a deduction to the next months rent, they declined, as well as declining to take accountability for any of this.<br><br>Nothing was resolved proactively. Every single step forward came only after repeated chasing, formal complaints, and escalation on our part. For a firm that presents itself the way Druce does, the standard of service, honesty, and basic care has been genuinely shocking.<br><br>If you are considering renting through Druce, think very carefully for the service you are paying for. We would not want anyone else to go through what we have. Or even better, DO NOT USE DRUCE!

8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We received phenomenal service from the team at Robert Holmes. We bought our house from RH 30 years ago - one of the best decisions we ever made. When we finally decided to move - we talked to all the agents in the village and RH were by far the most impressive - with the most sales of large family homes. They gave honest advice about pricing and marketing and suggesting a sound plan. Their knowledge of the quite special Wimbledon market reflects their over 40 years of experience - they simply know every house and every potential buyer well before they ever hit Rightmove. Just to be sure - I put every detail of our house (floorplans , photos etc) into Claude and ChatGPT and asked which agent would be best - they both said Robert Holmes. They sold our house in 48 hours and found the perfect family for the next 30 years. Special shout out to lovely Susan Cornelius - her professionalism and intelligence made what should have been a stressful experience - completely smooth sailing.

5th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)**AVOID** Absolutely shocking! This company is not professional at all. We went into look at a potential property to rent and was met by a very pleasant staff member. We book a viewing for a couple of days time and were met by a older man who was late! When asking about the property we were given SHORT SHARP answers and were made to feel like we had put him out by asking to view the place. The whole experience was RUSHED!!! If I could give 0 star I would! * AVOID! *
7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

It was a total change with Morton New: immediately many viewings, followed by chasing up interested people. Franki was always chasing the buyer and his solicitors, and she usually knew what was happening before my solicitor!
1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I am happy to talk about my experience with Hunters. Michael Silk and Sam Jamani are exceptionally helpful , wonderful and professional. I must give credits to Michael who stood by me when I had a gas leak , called the gas company and stayed up to midnight sorting out the problem.. He also chased them to finish the job completely. It is very important to have reliable people especially I am living abroad Michael and Sam helped me to find an excellent tenant and they were professional , patient and take the calls outside their business hours. All the respect to you. Most appreciated.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !

24th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Very unprofessional. Went for a viewing for a flat to purchase, I made an offer and still waiting to hear back after 5 days.... I chased them up, and still nothing. The flat is still advertised. I will bring my custom and money elsewhere.
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout.
