It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

She attended to every minute detail of the property rental rules and ensured the property was in excellent condition. Lauren acted as a flawless bridge, communicating between myself, the tenant, and the maintenance team. She was always available to answer any queries and her 'spot on' communication provided me with total peace of mind. Beyond technical expertise, she has a warm, professional character that is perfectly suited to this profession. 22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
