I wanted in particular to feedback on Oli who, as a junior member of your team, has been outstanding. He has been profession and extremely helpful throughout this difficult process. He has kept us updated on every step of the process and his friendly persona has been refreshing. I know he is new to the industry but he displays traits of someone with greater experience. Every time he booked a viewing he always ensured it was convenient for us and when he was at the property his interaction with us, including Nathan our son, was great.
I wish you and him success in the future and would not hesitate to recommend either of you to potential customers.

I have rented in London for many years and Brinkley’s were the worst agents I have ever dealt with.
When I moved in the property was covered in mould and had not been professionally cleaned, I had stipulated a professional clean and mould removal in my acceptance offer. The carpet had the most disgusting stains on and had been eaten threadbare from what I can assume was months, the place was riddled with them. I had not seen this at the viewing as the carpet was covered by furniture. There was no official inventory or check in, and when I brought up the carpet with the property manager I was told “it’s moth season”. In my opinion “moth season’ does not amount to an entire carpet being eaten threadbare, also, it was the wrong month to be told it was “moth season”.
In addition to this the oven did not work and did not get fixed for three months, I had no fire alarm for 7 months and the mould was never removed which I believe gave me ailments and made me unwell. These are just a few issues I experienced during my time with Brinkley’s.
All in all, I had an incredibly unhappy time in the flat and Brinkley’s were not at all accommodating or helpful in anyway.
My partner and I had a fantastic experience with KFH Putney. We were shown some seriously amazing properties and would have been happy with any of them, but were especially lucky with our current flat. The entire process is incredibly well organised and the team are all very good at what they do. A very big, and especially appreciative shout out to Jay who we cannot say enough good things about! Amazing to work with, very easy to talk to and all in all the best letting agent we've met to date! Thanks ever so much Jay :)
Louis was extremely helpful, and was able to ascertain what we were looking for and found us the perfect place as soon as he became aware of it - meaning we were able to get the flat before it even went online. We were very happy with the service we recieved from Louis.
