Deposit was returned late upon moving out! I rented through Allan fuller for a year and a half, was happy with the service in finding a flat. I was fine with paying deposit/fees etc for moving in. Never missed a rent payment, and besides Allan fuller taking a bit of time to get around to maintenance stuff, I didn't have any problems, I thought they were a professional agency. I moved out on January 31st and only today on February 28th did I get my deposit back. Huge incompetence, I've had so send so many emails begging the staff to get the check out report back to me. Agents are supposed to return the deposit within 10 days, but we didn't even get a chance to dispute for 10 days because June admitted to me over emailed she hadn't even looked at our check out report 10 days after we had moved out. I ended up having to email the head guy Allan Fuller to get it sorted out, and he seemed to have some type of affect, but it still took ages because June often didn't reply to my emails. I also believe they didn't put the payment through finance when they said they did, June said it would go on the Friday and when I emailed on Monday asking where it was I got no reply from her but later that day got a notification that the money had gone through. Thats how this agency works, you have to remind them to do everything. Ruined my whole experience with Allan Fuller, its a significant amount of money you pay for the deposit, I shouldn't have had to wait a month and send dozens of emails begging for my deposit money back.
