I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Ken, Jo (and Jamie I think the other person's name was) were quick to take action as soon as I approached them after a poor experience with a different local estate agent. Immediate viewings, quick turnarounds with feedback. Really, really impressive communication and it was such a difference like black and white between this estate agent and the previous one. If I ever had to sell again I wouldn't hesitate to go with Curchod's. Highly recommended! Thank you very much.

My recent selling experience was made much smoother with the experience, knowledge and support of Rob. He was always professional and a great advisor throughout the process and as a result secured a sale we were very happy with.
20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We initially chose Winkworth because we had seen their boards a lot on our street over the years so knew they had significant local presence and knowledge. But whilst that may have been the reason we picked them without knowing anyone there, we have found that Flora, Bell, Adam and Laura were absolutely the right team for the job and are glad we went with them. Flora came to the initial meeting well prepared and gave us an honest assessment of our options. Being in a chain and with two young children, we were keen to avoid the disruption that came with viewings. With Winkworth, we were able to minimise the number of viewings because they had a ready list of buyers that could be approached. This allowed us to stay off-market entirely from start to finish. Bell was very diligent in corresponding with the buyers throughout, even after completion. Overall - a good experience for us as sellers and we would highly recommend Winkworth Putney.

Alistair was our first contact and he was so knowledgeable and kept us in the loop through the whole process. I heartily recommend H&P to anyone considering a purchase in the area. They are a great team, but Alastair really stood out.- 29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)KFH were the seller’s agent for our purchase. They were excellent. We moved from offer acceptance to exchange in less than 2 weeks, which was in no small part down to their responsiveness. We would definitely recommend KFH.

She was also completely professional. We did not end up getting a let with Chase - but Robyn was exceptional - so I wanted to acknowledge that very loudly.

17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)From my first contact, the viewing, offer process and they the issuing of contract, completing the inventory, the communications with the whole team has been wonderful either via phone, or email. Each interaction was lovely, my questions were answered in a timely way. All forms, a contract, the inventory and welcome pack were all processed swiftly and easily all with a sense of 'hand holding' throughout the process. Congratulations to the whole team, I look forward to spending happy times in my great and new rental property.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Jonathan Daykin at Foxtons Putney hounded me for days when my tenants left to relet my flat. I pushed back saying Foxtons commission was too high. When I eventually said I would not continue with them, Foxtons reassigned my utility bills against my knowledge and without informing m, to a company who have proceeded to cut my supply to electricity and gas. I have been asking for assistance from the Foxtons Putney office who have been letting my flat for the last 5 years, they do not return my calls or emails. Foxtons have blocked Ovo from transferring my supply to Octopus Energy and even though it’s their mess, if they don’t see a financial incentive, they are not interested! So shoddy and it proves they are only interested in your money and not providing a good customer service.

Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly. We'd definitely use them again.

We had other work going on but she was very understanding and patient.<br>Yvette Was meant to be away the following week but made sure we got the appraisal before she went away.<br>Really admire her professionalism.<br>Also thanks to Emma at the office.<br>I highly recommend Barnard Marcus for all letting and sales and also Yvette she is so unlike an estate agent which is quiet refreshing to say the least.
