Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. She was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and contacted us straight away when a property that perfectly matched our needs became available. Once we found our dream home, she did everything she could to help us get into a position to secure it. Her communication was exceptional—keeping us informed at every stage, arranging additional viewings, answering all our questions, and demonstrating impeccable professionalism and attention to detail throughout.<br><br>When the chain slowed down, Flora continued to do everything she could to help move things forward, putting in far more effort than we would ever have expected from an agent representing the seller. Adam was also a pleasure to deal with—professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever we spoke with him.<br><br>Together, they made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Savas was great helping to progress my sale, and Martin and Ryan were very helpful during my rental period managing my property. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their property marketing is very high standard but not over the top and they sold my property very quickly. You should have no issues instructing them for sales and lettings. Thanks all!
10th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Our experience renting through Chase Buchanan was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about tenant protection and property management standards.<br><br>During our two-year tenancy at Haygreen Close in Kingston upon Thames we experienced major maintenance issues, including a leaking ceiling caused after plumbing work in the bathroom above the living room. For several months we had to keep buckets in the living room to collect water and mould eventually developed on the ceiling. This situation was particularly worrying because my wife was pregnant at the time.<br><br>We also experienced aggressive behaviour from a neighbour, including shouting during the night, throwing bottles and violently banging on our door. We reported this to the agency but felt that our safety concerns were not taken seriously.<br><br>UK housing law, including the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, requires landlords and managing agents to ensure that properties are safe and suitable for tenants to live in. Prolonged damp and mould issues can pose serious health risks.<br><br>Now, after we moved out following two years of tenancy and consistently paying rent on time, the agency is attempting to make multiple deductions from our deposit. If necessary we will pursue the matter through the tenancy deposit protection scheme and seek advice from organisations such as Citizens Advice and Shelter, which support tenants facing disputes.<br><br>We would strongly advise future tenants to carefully document all communication and property conditions when dealing with this agency.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Over the course of more than a year, I made repeated efforts to resolve an ongoing issue directly with the branch. Although I remained polite and tried to find a reasonable compromise, I felt my concerns were never taken seriously. Communication lacked empathy, and despite several discussions, I saw no meaningful action. Based on my experience, I expected a much more professional and considerate approach from a local business.
