Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Incredibly easy to deal with, bringing real positivity and energy, coupled with professionalism and industry knowledge. His can do approach to property search was so encouraging. If only all estates agents could be a bit more Kevin! I thoroughly recommend working with Kevin, he is an absolute credit to the agency.
25th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I cannot praise Winkworth Putney enough they are the best agency in Putney for letting and selling.<br>I have used them over the last 2 decades.<br>They have in their team a legend called Russel white he is a true gentleman of real estate .<br>Followed by Adam Taylor I think he is a rising star if not already a star.<br>Both this gentleman are really true professional they really go out of their way to help and assist in both selling and letting.<br>They are backed up by a good team as well and I cannot praise or recommend them enough.<br>Would like to thank their Southfield office as well who are always so kind as well.<br>Big shout to Bella at Putney office as well she is always very helpful and kind.<br>Thanks Winkworth Putney for doing such an amazing job for me my company my family and friends.<br>Aftab Ebrahim

James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

After every viewing, we received detailed feedback, which we really appreciated.<br><br>We were particularly impressed with how the team personally led all the viewings and made sure that potential buyers were given accurate and helpful information about our home. Their commitment and attention to detail gave us great confidence that our property was being presented in the best possible way.<br><br>We cannot recommend Chase Buchanan highly enough if you are looking to sell your property. 1st Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Landlords Beware, I was charged for a second year commission for the same tenants, this had not been made clear in the let only Terms of business instead it was put on a separate invoice in small writing at the bottom that a 6% charge will apply if the tenants stayed on, this is in contrast to the initial email I received from the director advising Let only fee will be paid once upfront. I was expecting to pay only £250 for a contract renewal instead I was charged £1680 for the second year. They are not transparent with their fees. They referred to additional assistance that had been provided during the tenancy. However, I did not request or agree to purchase any services beyond the Let Only instruction, and I was never informed that any assistance offered would later be relied upon as justification for the second-year commission such as rent increase or reconciliation of rent, this was undertaken voluntarily by them. This experience has highlighted the importance of transparency when landlords are entering into contracts.

Luke was very helpful, polite and the only agent from any estate agent sending relevant properties. Once we had an offer accepted Nina was crucial in helping to facilitate the swift exchange. She was always on hand to provide updates and played a huge part in negotiations between us and our seller. We would happily recommend Devenports to anyone in the market for their new home.

25th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Good fees offered as just opened. Initially, they listed 10% below the agreed valuation price despite agreed price being on the contract. Claimed they’d discussed the price internally and a miscommunication. Republished at the correct price. Multiple errors in the advert on Rightmove which were raised with the team. Even after months on the market errors (as bad as the number of bathrooms) had not been corrected. Many attempts to drop the agreed valuation asking price by 10% in the first 2 weeks and further after 1 month claiming it should have sold already. Lots of viewings but low ball offers (-20%). After all the listing errors we had real concerns over quality and with a lack of respectable offers we decided to move to another well known agent in the area. No reply or acceptance of our cancellation email so we had to call. Within 2 weeks with the new agent we had an offer accepted with one of their long term clients just below asking price. I can’t recommend devenports based on my experience. They are a new outfit and this comes with teething issues.

Worth every £££- 19th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a poor experience with this agency. They booked us a viewing in Wandsworth, sending both a confirmation email and a reminder text on Saturday. Then, just 30 minutes before, they called to say it had been sent by mistake and the tenants wouldn't be home, after we'd already driven 40 minutes to get there. Not what you'd expect from a well-known agency.
