27th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

Will not hesitate to recommend or use in the future
16th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Having been model tenants and rented a property for 16 years I found they never pushed the landlord for repairs and when our roof leaked the served us a two months notice and did nothing to help us find alternative accomodation. When we visited them my disabled daughter could not get in through their office's stepped door in her wheelchair and non of the staff moved from their chairs to help.- 1st Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Very helpful and informative.

We met Harry and Tracyann at our property who guided us through evaluation and viewings, they were both exactly what we had hoped for, open and informative. From that point on I mostly spoke with Bridget. She is amazing. Always there to speak to and send messages to, a huge asset to the team. I really can’t thank Bridget enough for all she did for us and the way she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Not only was she so friendly she also made me feel genuinely supported throughout the sale of our property. She was happy to relay back and forth to multiple parts of our chain. Worth her weight in gold!
18th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)We used Savills Exeter to sell our residence in North Devon. The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.

18th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

We were also really pleased with the photos and video they created to show our home to prospective buyers. They were understanding of our home and sensitive to our requests as a young family. Thank you - particularly to Martina who was amazing.

He also made efforts to collaborate, for example, in drafting the brochure and this resulted in some great photos and an eventual successful sale of the property.

Always approachable, with rapid and full responses to all questions; her calm approach was very reassuring. 15th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)We could not recommend anyone else to sell our property and to purchase a new property from. After getting quotes and meeting different people from various estate agents we had no doubt in choosing Right at Home. My partner dealt with it mostly due to the nature of my work. However, from his feedback they were welcoming, relaxed, and they did not feel like your “typical sales people” they were not pushy compared to others. Once our property was put up for sale it took under a month to sale bearing in mind Christmas period was included within this time. Right at Home had mortgage advisors and solicitors that they recommended which we used and had no problems. This shows that Right at Home have the passion and rapport with what they do. We viewed a property that Right at Home were selling and Sarah was so friendly, knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer questions without hesitation. We even had a few giggles including me asking her not to use her skills with other viewers viewing the house, due to us falling in love with the property, and needed a mortgage in principle before putting an offer down. (We will never know if she used her selling skills on further viewings on the property as we managed to purchase the house that we wanted haha). Anyway, during the process of selling and buying the properties the ladies were with us every step making sure things were on track and everyone who were involved were all going in the same direction. They contacted solicitors to see where the process was at and kept us updated. Any questions or help that may have been needed were met. Emails and contact were answered within the same day and mostly within the same hour of sending an email. This allowed us to feel relaxed and knowing their fast response meant that they were on the ball with the process which made us confident with each step. The house sell and the one we purchased went very smoothly and Jo met us with our key, a welcome box, and a card. This was just a lovely little touch to our new adventure. The after care has been just as great in respect of making sure post does not get missed and getting it to previous owners. Thank you so much to all who dealt with us in selling and purchasing our perfect property to make new memories in. Incredible customer service, excellent people skills, amazing communication, great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend to use for selling and purchasing a property. We could not be happier with the services that were provided from Right at Home. Thank you again, Sam and Roxy.
