We sold our house through them in a particularly difficult period and found that their communication was professional and prompt from the whole team, from feedback from viewings, getting our home onto the market promptly and good photographs. We especially found Jen to be an excellent communicator, she was honest and was confident in using her judgment to make the best decisions for selling our property and we felt we could trust her to take care of us. We would also like to mention how professional Patrick was, who was very good at communicating updates on our sales progression and made us feel at ease throughout the process. Both Jen & Patrick supported us when we lost our first buyer (through no fault of themselves) and went above and beyond helping us to get straight back on the market, find a new buyer and even helping us to arrange removals and keep us updated when we were on holiday.<br><br>I would genuinely recommend Gibbins Richards Taunton to anyone who is looking to sell, you will receive a great service and feel well looked after by the team.- 9th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Very grateful to the GTH Ilminster team, especially Claire, for a successful sale and purchase completed from start to finish in just over five months despite a few hurdles along the way. Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

1st May 2026 (21 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man
