27th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I must say I was very impressed with Sam Daniels at KF Bath. From the beginning to exchange of contracts he was proactive and tenacious to overcome bureaucratic obstacles. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and took ownership of the transaction with the solicitors. During the initial marketing phase he generated great momentum which culminated in a competitive bid process just a few weeks after engaging KF's services. In the end we transacted comfortably higher than the guide price. Great Job!

Definitely worthy of a 5* rating. Our huge thanks to all involved for getting us over the line! Selling your home can be a stressful experience not to mention costly and therefore we wanted the most professional team to help support us through this process. Knight Frank have dedicated people / a team for each area of the sale process, from pulling the property information together, to ensuring you are happy with everything before your property goes live on line. They inform you of viewings and have their own team of people who guide potential purchasers around your property. These people are throughly briefed beforehand and are able to answer most of the purchaser's questions. Once you receive an offer on your property, the next group of professionals play they part in the process. At this stage, our point of contact was Giselle who was an absolute genius in keeping everything ticking along, even when there was a blip with the buyer's solicitor, Giselle was there to keep everything moving forward. The whole team is headed up by Luke Pender-Cudlip, a consummate professional, who has a vast knowledge and experience in this field, and someone you can depend on to get the job done. The communication throughout was excellent via both email and telephone calls so we were kept fully up to speed of how the transaction was progressing throughout. Thanks team."

The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.

The team were available to accommodate numerous short notice requests to view the property and also helped in providing information and resources requested. They were not pushy at all and respected our views and wishes . We now have possession of our house and are very pleased to recommend this Taunton Bradley team- 3rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Anthony and Christina were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.
9th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)This agent has been so unprofessional with our rental property. We are overseas so we put a lot of trust into the management of our house. First they were keeping our rental payment for months in their bank account before paying us. It got so bad that we had to get the tenants to pay us direct. They admitted to poor management and loss of our paperwork, including contract at this time. The annual report never reflected the true state of the property. 4 photos are not enough!! They should have been taking at least 30-40 photos. Damp that we found a year ago which we never knew about until we visited the property, render on garden wall falling off, cupboards next to oven burnt and discoloured, to name a few of the issues. This was so upsetting that we decided to sell the property. Then to add salt to the wound we had to pay the agent 1% of the selling price as our tenants bought it, who they had found for us. Be aware of that clause we had forgotten about it as it had been many years since we had signed this contract. You really need to be checking your house yourself to make sure it is being maintained. Sadly we were only too willing to maintain our property if we had known more. What we did see from the photos we did attend to but that also took months to get done, although emergency work was attended to promptly. As a result of the lack of upkeep we had to reduce the asking price. Lesson learned and hopefully the agents read this and manage their properties much better!!

Special thumbs up for Jennie and Chris. And latterly for Jo who just helped us through a sale with great professionalism and...kindness .

Daniel followed through with actions he promised, often ahead of the time he said it may take. He communicated clearly and openly and made the whole process of finding our new home a completely hassle free experience. I would not hesitate in recommending both Newton King and Daniel. They are a joy to have worked with.

The communication is excellent, I could always talk to a member of the team and staff are proactive in updating and sharing information. Alex and the team have excellent relationships with other local professionals such a solicitors and mortgage brokers which means that the sale and purchase was able to complete promptly. Staff are friendly and respectful and have exceptional knowledge of the local market. The marketing of our home was of excellent quality and they truly took the time to understand our requirements and budget, finding us a new home that we love!

We sold our house with them, in fact we left another agent to join Tarr. From the moment you step in the office, you feel at ease and taken care of. Tarr know how personal selling/buying/renting is and they pay attention to every detail. Bothering to get to know their client on a personal level and provided service as required by each individual. Fabulous and consistent communication throughout. Proactive from start to finish. Always worth talking to them even if just for advice, but they really do go the extra mile and think outside the box to make sure they deliver on everything you need. Can’t thank or recommend this team enough
