17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

Far from being a traumatic and worrying time it has gone smoothly and stress free . They have handled every stage professionaly and always been on hand to answer any queries. Nice to know some people actually answer the phone !!! The staff are all friendly and willing to help whatever the problem . Special thanks to Ben and his amazing team and to Ashley in Hastings. 17th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
