13th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have recently sold a couple of Holiday chalets in Park Resorts Camber. Nigel Anderson was recommended to me. I am so grateful, Nigel keeps in constant touch, with all involved buyers and solicitors He surveyed the chalets, advertised them in property magazines. He personally takes prospective buyers round chalets. He has sold all we had at reasonable prices. I found him to be very honest and respectful and a very nice person . Who I would highly recommend. 17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
21st Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Just rented a flat through HAS, polite, friendly and efficient. I had a small problem once I had moved in and they resolved it quickly. Very good experience so far.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

We were very nervous! Danielle was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream first home! She held our hand through the entire process, she answered our queries, worries and questions and nothing was too big of an ask. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked alongside the estate agent we were buying off of and our solicitor to ensure the process ran swiftly. Danielle is an absolute star, we are so glad we found her. We will definitely be recommending her to others!

16th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)Awful service do not recommend, put a holding deposit on a property , then got asked to get a guarantor or a month upfront rent said we'll do the month rent a month then turned into a years rent which is ridiculous then went down to 6 months again a lot of money to find so went with a guarantor then get an email from rightmove saying passed referencing and our contract is being written and to start looking for insurance and broadband luckily I didn’t pay for any of that. Thought haven’t heard from estate agent in a while so gave them a call to find out what’s going on, they’ve given the property to someone else and didn’t even think to let us know so now have got to start again on our property search and has been a waste of time and doubt we’ll get our holding deposit back

10th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)These people are truely awful to deal with my wife was humiliated when a member of there staff was ridiculusly pedantic and quite aggressive, when they went into the property, They go out of they way to get a deposit refund for there client.
15th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)I have had a few dealings with Phillips and Stubbs over the years and the experience has been excellent. As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!

Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . There were many times we were quite ready to throw in the towel but through your sheer tenacity Coilin you never gave up and soldiered on with this constant belief that its not over till its over. Your problem solving spirit shows no limits and you jumped every hurdle put in front of you and thank god you did. I always said there is no price you can put on experience and you and Issey and your team have proved that without a doubt , the longevity of your company is testimony to your ability to deliver what you say to the best of your ability and should I require your services again I would not hesitate to call you or recommend you to anyone who may wish to travel down the road we have in full confidence. You are not just our Estate Agent Colin selling our home you are our friend who will always be welcome in our new home which you delivered to us as you said you would and for that we will be forever grateful.

However, they are not salespeople. I would recommend that that sales training is required to articulate things to the potential buyers. We felt that the right potential buyers visited our property and the agency did not push enough to reach the people.
