1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Isabel at Strutt & Parker was excellent from start to finish. She helped us sell our house and buy our new one, was always on top of everything, responsive and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Exeter.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates.<br><br>Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date.<br><br>I would recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking to sell.<br><br>Thank you.

Mandi in particular has been easy to deal with, keeping me advised as to progress through to completion. Would happily recommend this estate agent to handle a sale/purchase.
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)We honestly can’t recommend John Couch Estate Agency highly enough.<br><br>They acted for us on both our sale and purchase this summer, but their involvement with us has actually stretched over well over a year from when we first saw our dream house for sale with the agency and putting our own home on the market with them. What started as a relatively simple house sale and purchase ultimately turned into one of the most stressful and challenging exchanges we’ve ever personally experienced — and there were certainly moments when we wondered whether we would ever get to the finish line!<br><br>I genuinely don’t think we would have done so without the incredible skill, experience and determination of the team at John Couch. They went above and beyond throughout the process, constantly communicating, chasing, negotiating and, when things became incredibly complicated, finding ways to keep everything together.<br><br>It really made us appreciate what a great estate agent is actually there to do. It’s not just about putting a property on Rightmove or showing people around a house. The real skill comes in knitting together a chain, understanding all the moving parts, managing expectations, finding solutions and doing everything possible to make sure a deal stands up and gets to completion.<br>And that is exactly what John Couch did for us.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work, patience and expertise over what has been a very long journey. 25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)My friend and I were discussing the sale of his property and I did a quick valuation check which emailed my details to connells. The following day I got a call asking if I was interested in selling. No problem, I explained the situation to a very nice guy and asked that I be taken off their system as the house was not mine, if my friend wanted help then he'd get in touch. 1 week later I have had 8 calls, from different connells members asking the same darn thing. Don't listen, won't take a hint.

20th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)As Executor, I have recently had to sell my Late Mother's home (my childhood home). We asked more than one Estate Agent to view the property before deciding on Stags. The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.

25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Taylors Estate Agents and had a mixed experience, although ultimately we were very happy with the support we received from Jodie in the sales progression team.<br><br>We initially dealt with Harrison, who showed us around the property. Harrison was excellent he took the time to make sure we could properly look around, ask questions and feel comfortable without ever being pushy. He also had a good knowledge of the property, which made the viewing experience really positive.<br><br>Unfortunately, once our offer was accepted and we moved over to the general sales team, we felt the communication let us down. We often struggled to get the information we needed and, on one occasion, actually had to visit the branch in person to get certain answers. This was disappointing and at that stage, we weren't sure we would be leaving a five-star review.<br><br>Thankfully, around a week later we were introduced to Jodie in the sales progression team, and this completely changed our experience with Taylors. Jodie kept us informed throughout the process and most importantly, continued to communicate with us even when there wasn't a specific update to give. This gave us reassurance and restored our confidence in Taylors during what can be a very stressful process.<br><br>Jodie is a real asset to Taylors. Her communication, professionalism and dedication made a huge difference to our experience, and we genuinely felt that she cared about getting us through the process as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Harrison for making our initial experience so positive, and especially to Jodie for all her hard work and support throughout the purchase. ?????

22nd Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Best estate agents we've ever dealt with!<br><br>We cannot recommend Coast & Country highly enough, and in particular Callum who was absolutely brilliant throughout.<br><br>We had the misfortune of two sales falling through (through no fault of coast & country), but the team worked effortlessly to get us a new buyer, usually within a week or two! After our agreed sale, Callum kept in contact weekly to update us on how the chain was progressing which gave us so much reassurance.<br><br>From start to finish the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely cared. The fact that Zoe and Charlotte took the time to familarise themselves with our property before commencing viewings was a professional and personal touch we had not had before. We also viewed a few properties to purchase with them as well and they were also brilliant.<br>Darren was also excellent from the initial appraisal through to handing our keys over on completion.<br><br>After a bad experience with a different agency, Coast & Country restored our faith and trust in estate agents. If you want agents who actually work for you and care, use Coast & Country.<br><br>We would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to friends.
