1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)When my parents passed away I was left with the difficult and emotional task of of selling their house. I called three local estate agents. I chose Stags of Truro. They looked after the process totally and gave me some sage advice particularly when one buyer pulled out. I must give a shout out to Angela Hunsdon who was a pleasure to deal with she always kept me informed as to what was happening at all times and Ian Osborne who talked me through the whole process.
26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I can’t recommend Dan highly enough guiding us through the sale of my dad’s property. A complicated sale involving multiple parties, probate etc but Dan was calm, professional and kept us in the loop at all times. Kindness, patience and always quick to respond to any queries. 9th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Property purchase in Helston.<br><br>A pleasant and seamless experience from start to finish. We have recently completed a purchase of our first home. I fully recommend Sellers using the Mather Partnership to sell their properties.<br><br>Viewing<br><br>We viewed multiple properties in the area and experiences were varied between the different Estate Agent companies. When viewing Mather properties, we were accompanied by Tom from the Helston Branch. He was pleasant and informative. He clearly had done his research on the properties and engaged with the Sellers beforehand to ensure he could answer all of our questions.<br><br>Communication<br><br>During the transaction process, we were able to deal with one Agent throughout. Abi from the Hayle Branch was readily available to contact via email and if unavailable on viewings when called, would call back within 24 hours.<br><br>Abi was able to provide a recommendation for Solicitors, whom we instructed and had a fantastic experience with. Abi made the whole process not just seamless, but enjoyable. We have often been told that a house purchase is one of the most stressful experiences of your life, but due to her support and engagement with both the Sellers and our Solicitors, our experience was one of excitement and clear structure.<br><br>For future First Time Buyers, I hope other Sellers read this review and use the Mather Partnership for their sale, so house purchases lose the stigma of stress and become an enjoyable experience instead. Thank you Tom and Abi for the fantastic service provided.

11th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.
5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We was purchasing a property advertised by SBC property. And dealt with russell, my wife left a review and was contacted by russell to remove it multiple tims, I just want to have my say on the experience.<br>Russell never came over freindly, it was always like we had to prove if we could afford it, after telling him we had a mortgage in principle and had a buyer for our house. He said that being in a chain was not a good position to be in. How many people wouldn't be in a chain on a purchase of 750k. When I initially made an offer, he just didn't get back to me, I rang up a week later and he said no, I raised the offer and again he didn't get back to me untill I rang him. Very unprofessional.<br>Then when the offer was excepted and we started paying thousands in searches, survey, valuation etc he didn't take it off the market or put sold subject to contract. When I rang him to ask if he could he was literally shouting down the phone at me. It was unbelievable.<br>Then he was ringing asking what the hold up was, I asked my solicitor and they said they are waiting for answers from the seller.<br>It was always like he thought we was time wasters and we was messing them around, when in fact it was us waiting for searches or usual conveyencing.<br>After spending 12,000 pounds, we was told that the property is unmortgageble due to some mines. When I told russell he said the sellers are equally out of pocket, well they wasn't, they spent 2k and it was there property, the property russell was selling that was unmortgageble.<br>When I told the sellers and russell they both made out like I was completely wrong and there was nothing wrong with the land.<br>I've recently spoken to an estate agent in cornwall and they said they should always advise us to undergo a mining survey at the very start, not from russel. The second I told him, it was re advertised.<br>Aggressive, irritating and very unprofessional.<br><br>You said to my wife on her review that it was an unfair representation when in fact as a customer russell is what I have wrote and is worse than my partners review indicates.<br>I had family members listen to the tone he spoke to me in and was gobsmacked! So it isn't just myself or my partner, as well as the seller.<br>The worst experience I have ever had. Compared to the estate agent we are dealing with now that have been incredible, friendly and helpful from the start, completely different experience.

Avoid dealing with them and their terrible properties at all costs.<br><br>--Further to your response.<br>Firstly, who is Darren? And secondly, thank you for further demonstrating to everyone your childish and petulant behaviour. I was a guarantor for my daughter who had the misfortune of dealing with your office. I am a member of the NRLA and I can promise you that I will never be stepping inside your office.
10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)From the initial viewing to handling over the keys - the staff were extremely efficient, courteous and kept us informed every step of the way to make everything as easy as it could be. Special mention to Tracy who was exceptional at keeping in touch and updating us throughout. Excellent agents who we would certainly recommend.

They were very helpful and supportive throughout my tenancy.- 9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
