They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, helping us secure the purchase and supporting us all the way through the conveyancing process as well. Emily was always responsive, professional, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience so much smoother. We would definitely recommend both Emily and Stags to anyone looking to buy a property.

10th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Having sold, bought, and sold again with Clive Pearce we cannot recommend them highly enough. This last sale, for no doing of theirs, proved troublesome and infuriating beyond belief. First buyers pulled out for their own personal change in circs, the second pulled out because they were too nervous to contemplate buying a house without building regs approval on a loft done more than 30 years ago (I know!!) and the third ones we have finally exchanged contracts with. All the way, they have worked incredibly hard, and always with a smile and nothing but professionalism and good humour. The team are always well informed on the latest with our transaction, and always with good advice. Clive Pearce are the no.1 agents in the Truro area for good reason, and we highly, highly reccommend them.

Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

Despite a particularly terrible solicitor acting for my buyer, Kyle made me feel like he was doing all he could to progress matters and often would take action before I even asked. Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.

The initial enquiry, right through to viewing, applying and moving in felt seamless. The communication, handy online platform and the process for all the forms felt, dare I say, relaxing, which really made the prospect of a big house move less daunting. Particular thanks to the incredible Nettie. Being our contact for the whole process was such a blessing. She was warm, professional, and so helpful, and it made all the difference having her on the day of the move to hand over keys and share her best wishes.
