She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, helping us secure the purchase and supporting us all the way through the conveyancing process as well. Emily was always responsive, professional, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience so much smoother. We would definitely recommend both Emily and Stags to anyone looking to buy a property.

She was really easy to talk to, friendly, and made everything feel very straightforward and stress-free. Abi explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. She also helped point us in the right direction when it came to finding a mortgage advisor, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, she was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive, and I couldn’t recommend her enough ??????

Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

Not a straightforward purchase, yet Jackie handled all parties involved in the most professional manner and mediated the inevitable issues that arise in a very sensitive way. I couldn't fault her. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.

The initial enquiry, right through to viewing, applying and moving in felt seamless. The communication, handy online platform and the process for all the forms felt, dare I say, relaxing, which really made the prospect of a big house move less daunting. Particular thanks to the incredible Nettie. Being our contact for the whole process was such a blessing. She was warm, professional, and so helpful, and it made all the difference having her on the day of the move to hand over keys and share her best wishes.
