We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

Both were extremely helpful at chasing the relevant parties and making sure the experience was as smooth as possible for everyone.<br><br>Could not recommend them enough, and if I ever decide to sell my lovely place, i know who i’ll be going to!!<br><br>Big thanks to Darren, Scott and the team.

Nothing was ever too much, my questions were always answered and explained promptly.<br>A particular shout out to Ben, you went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the keys on the planned move in date, despite this keeping you up till 23:30 the night before! All I can say is he was very polite, extremely helpful & always very easy to get hold of to talk to. I felt he went above and beyond for me. He put me in touch with an amazing mortgage advisor. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.

29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We have just exchanged on our house in Falmouth through Savills, and I cannot praise Sean Anderson and his colleague Will Eva highly enough.<br><br>Although a few earlier offers on other properties didn't work out—through no fault of Savills—Sean worked closely with us to patiently navigate the market and ultimately find a property that perfectly matched our requirements. The level of professionalism, communication, and dedication we received from Sean and the team throughout the process was brilliant.<br><br>Thank you both for helping us secure our new home. Highly recommended!

31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

But with Jason's reassurance and handling of things it was much more bearable. He was very professional, friendly and hard working. His insight and obvious experience as an estate agent was clear to see.
