3rd Aug 2026 (6 days ago)My partner and I recently sold our property and bought a new property, both through Mather.<br><br>From day one on viewing the property we were interested in (with Tom), we had such a great experience. Tom’s knowledge of the property and area was perfect and he gave us all of the information we asked for. We didn’t even have our house on the market at the time and they still agreed to a viewing.<br><br>I then dealt with Luke with the sale of our house. Luke was extremely professional and understanding of our young baby in the house. He took great photos and the property brochure perfectly represented our home. Luke was a constant contact through the entire process of selling and buying and we couldn’t have done it without his expertise and advice.<br><br>Donna was our main contact at Mather and she was just amazing. Donna kept us updated with every single part of the process and would answer the phone and reply to emails within a couple of minutes. She even came into work on her day off to make sure our exchange went smoothly. She is obviously incredible hard-working, as are all of the Mather team.<br><br>Thank you all so much for helping us move home. Couldn’t recommend Mather more.

We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

You were all so kind and fantastic. Nothing was ever too much, my questions were always answered and explained promptly.<br>A particular shout out to Ben, you went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the keys on the planned move in date, despite this keeping you up till 23:30 the night before! But with Jason's reassurance and handling of things it was much more bearable. He was very professional, friendly and hard working. His insight and obvious experience as an estate agent was clear to see.

Tommy Lumley is a first class associate and dealt with us proactively and professionally at all times. He was very quick to respond to and answer any question we had and helped push through the conveyancing process by liaising with both solicitors. We are so grateful to have had Tommy working with us in such a friendly and efficient way. We can’t recommend James Cane and Tommy highly enough.
