24th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)Every encounter with the Bill Bannister staff went smoothly and they were helpful and spent time explaining The photographer was exceptional and it was hard to recognise my house as he made it look so great. The low scores was that feedback was a little slow and my son had to request several responses as they were delayed Apart from that I would highly recommend Bill Bannister The market is a little slow due to poor governance from the UK government hence low mark for value but not Bill Banisters fault

She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, helping us secure the purchase and supporting us all the way through the conveyancing process as well. Emily was always responsive, professional, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience so much smoother. We would definitely recommend both Emily and Stags to anyone looking to buy a property.

We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

10th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Having sold, bought, and sold again with Clive Pearce we cannot recommend them highly enough. This last sale, for no doing of theirs, proved troublesome and infuriating beyond belief. First buyers pulled out for their own personal change in circs, the second pulled out because they were too nervous to contemplate buying a house without building regs approval on a loft done more than 30 years ago (I know!!) and the third ones we have finally exchanged contracts with. All the way, they have worked incredibly hard, and always with a smile and nothing but professionalism and good humour. The team are always well informed on the latest with our transaction, and always with good advice. Clive Pearce are the no.1 agents in the Truro area for good reason, and we highly, highly reccommend them.

Despite a particularly terrible solicitor acting for my buyer, Kyle made me feel like he was doing all he could to progress matters and often would take action before I even asked. Would happily use again!

But with Jason's reassurance and handling of things it was much more bearable. He was very professional, friendly and hard working. His insight and obvious experience as an estate agent was clear to see.
25th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)After 35 years as a Conveyancing Solicitor , having dealt with 4,000 or more house sales , i chose to entrust James Cane with the sale of my family home. All I can say is that my expectations were far exceeded by the very personal and indeed most professional attention given to my matter by the firm and particularly by Tommy Lumley. From the start Tommy went out of his way to get to know not only the property but also my Wife and I so as to best manage the emotionally charged process of valuing /marketing /negotiating / agreeing a sale and then proactively seeing the sale of our family home of 30 years through to the day of completion. At all times we were kept informed and felt totally confident in leaving Tommy to proactively progress the sale for us. Always on top of and indeed ahead of matters it was only 12 weeks from first marketing to handing the keys over , you could not ask for more. Quite simply one of the best Estate Agents I have had the pleasure to deal with .
