12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

They worked incredibly hard and took a proactive approach to marketing our property, which resulted in it being sold within just one week of going on the market. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Brett and his team kept us informed at every stage, which made what can often be a stressful and sometimes frustrating experience feel far more manageable and reassuring. Bazely & Co, under Brett’s watchful eye, are clearly a valued part of the Shepperton community. Their professionalism, dedication, and local expertise really set them apart. We would highly recommend Brett and the entire team at Bazely & Co to anyone considering a move.

At all times in this protracted process, they worked hard to keep all parties on track , always responded swiftly to phone queries and emails, and offered a personal and highly professional service . Even though he didn’t have to, he stepped in and helped us through our buying process while we were selling our property with another estate agent. His guidance, patience, and generosity with his time made such a difference for us. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable and reassuring.
28th Feb 2016 (10 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

21st May 2026 (24 days ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell/buy in the local area. It really was 5 star service and I am thankful to Connor and David for all of their support!
