He took his time walking us through the property, talked through all the possibilities with us, and never once made us feel rushed, even when we went over our allocated time! His patience and enthusiasm were exactly what we needed as we took everything in. When we asked for a second viewing, Patrick was more than happy to oblige, walking us through again and engaging thoughtfully with all our questions and ideas. His knowledge, warmth, and genuine interest in finding us the right home made all the difference. The sales progression team at Chancellors Sunbury were equally impressive. keeping us informed every step of the way and working closely with both our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor to keep everything on track and moving forward. The whole experience, from first viewing to completion, was nothing short of five stars. Thank you to the entire Sunbury Chancellors team, and a very special thank you to Patrick for introducing us to our amazing new home. We couldn't be happier.

Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me

27th May 2026 (18 days ago)Yes Mr Harvey, you sent me a disclaimer with no acknowledgement or evidence. With the Renter's Rights Bill upon us, you need an agency that does comprehensive checks and has your back. Be aware this agency does neither and isn't a member of Arla/NAEA, which makes it harder to complain about their backhanded business tactics. Open Rent and Spare Room are low cost and allow you to do as much as you need to cover yourself and your tenant and cut out the middle man. If you need management, find an Arla/NAEA regulated agency with a support network especially for maintenance. Oasis is one small office, so they don't have the people or the back up.

The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns I had were always dealt with promptly and professionally. Selling a property can be stressful, but Aspen made the whole experience feel smooth and well managed. A huge thank you to the entire Aspen Ashford team – Alex, Bradley, Clayton, Caitlyn and Leo. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. A special thank you to Bradley, who was exceptional throughout the process. 10th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very deceptive, do not try to buy a property with them if you value your time, they are very shady and will try to squeeze extra money from you at every chance, making up fake competing offers and telling you stories that doesn’t make any sense

27th Feb 2026 (15 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Move Inn when we were up-sizing. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
