Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the service provided by Leo Newman, and I would not at all recommend them. From the very beginning of the lease (flat in W1), we've been having issues. Other than the fact that they initially didn't even manage to give us a full set of keys, we had to move in one week later than agreed in the contract, since they failed to provide us with the necessary furniture. This was evidently a hassle in itself. What made it worse, however, was that they did not pay us back the money lost for that one week. The furniture did not meet our standards, either; the bed, for instance, was simply made out of two boxes, which was quite frankly ridiculous for the price we were paying. Nevertheless, the absolute peak of their unprofessionalism was when we had issues with the gas stove and they sent us someone to fix it who did not have a Gas ID, i.e. who was not trained or fit for the task. We ended up having a gas leak (!!!), resulting in an emergency technician coming to our flat at 3AM to turn everything off. This was absolutely petrifying, since they actively harmed our safety. Moreover, they subsequently took a long time getting us someone to fix the issue, meaning we had no heating for several days, and that at the end of October. The list of issues goes on, but it boils down to the fact that Leo Newman really broke every record regarding low standards and unprofessionalism, and even put us in a dangerous situation. Hence I very much do not recommend this agency.
