The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

Julia’s experience and knowledge of the industry combined with a personalised approach made it an easy decision for us to choose RA Bennett to manage our sale. We were very pleased with how they marketed the house with high quality images and video. The team were always very accommodating and gave us regular same day updates as to how viewings were going. 22nd Sep 2026 (5 days ago)When choosing Avon, communication between myself and Avon, and between Avon and potential buyers was top of my priority. The director was great and didn't great sales pitch. After that communication wasnt great, messages between staff weren't passed on. Information of who to contact after agreeing a sale wasnt clear and the 2 viewers who made offers came after my husband showed them around the house. All in all not the best experience from us. The team however are always polite and friendly.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

They were always at the end of the phone to offer assistance and advice. Highly recommend this friendly branch.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. They don't take offers seriously even from proceedable buyers, never call you back, how they are still in business, amazes me!

6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

Miles was happy to arrange additional viewings of the house, he was very attentive and on the ball. He even helped massively to speed things along when there were delays and did a great job liaising between all parties to get answers to questions.
