Lamberts gave common sense advice that was borne out by a successful sale. We were so pleased that we did not consider costs when placing the sale with Lamberts

4th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Our attitude about estate agents prior to meeting Nick and his team was very negative , “Money for old rope” “they just take a few pictures and do nothing else”. HOW WRONG WERE WE. Nick and his team were amazing throughout the process and we are recommending everyone we speak to that if they ever want to sell a property then they should go to Nick Griffith. Their attention to detail and onboarding process is fair, transparent and friendly. Throughout the viewing process they were honest, fair, respectful, tenacious, courteous but also salesy when needed to get the job done. During contract stage - they were just WOW. Chasing everything through, liaising with all parties and really working the chain to achieve success, well done all at Nick Griffith. These guys certainly earn their money and certainly are a firm to deal with in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We feel lucky to have met Nick and the team and we owe them a big thank you as we are writing this review sat in our new home (also bought through Nick) loving life!
8th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Great place if you want to sell your equipment or machinery, there's an accoutrement of telehandlers there to help with the unloading process. Staff are very friendly to deal with and if your buying it is literally a big boy's toys r us. Highly recommend either process with H J Pugh & Co.

26th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.

We particularly liked how she got answers to our questions from the vendors and passed these back to us quickly. 26th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)As a young first-time buyer, I had no choice but to use Shipways. The entire process was highly stressful and completely unsupported. The irony is that when our offer was accepted, they were incredibly strict about enforcing a 28-day exchange of contracts. We did everything right—secured our mortgage offer and got completely ready—only for the process to stall because my solicitor was waiting on Shipways for an amended contract!Despite their strict demands on us, I was constantly chasing them via email, receiving minimal responses or mere acknowledgements rather than actual guidance. If I hadn't sought external support, I don’t know how I would have managed. Be prepared to do 99% of the chasing yourself.On completion day, funds were released and we had confirmation hours prior. Despite this, the agent’s response was simply, 'I haven't been made aware,' acting as if assisting us was a massive chore. She was incredibly curt and short with us, causing immense panic while removal vans were waiting.To top it off, I couldn't collect the keys in person, so I sent someone else. Shipways handed the keys over blindly, asking for absolutely no ID or confirmation of identity. For contrast, the property was multi-agency, and when we dealt with the other agents (AP Morgan), they were a completely different league. They required proof of ID and proper forms, highlighting just how poor and lax Shipways' security and customer service truly was. Use them with extreme caution.

During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.
