24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.
23rd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)In my humble opinion my house was fairly easy to sell so didn't take long and got near my asking price. Albeit Lovetts did pretty pretty well at this stage.

7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)The estate agents came out very quickly and valued the house for more than we thought. They had an open day and the house was STC for full market value. That was brilliant. The only down side was they told us approx 3 months till completion but it was exactly 5 and it was quite difficult at times to get our calls returned. . Overall, I was very pleased with them. They also reccomended a solicitors as well as we didn't know any.

I spent weeks chasing them to view a property and it was a nightmare and if your thinking of selling a property with these I’d reconsider your choices

What stands out most is their genuine passion for what they do—it’s clear they take immense pride in their work. The entire team was attentive, devoted,knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their combination of professional rigor and warm, energetic customer service sets them apart. Not to mention their professionalism! Wow! The communication has been great so far & moving at a good pace. Whatever has been said will be done, has been. Great service thus far couldn’t ask for any better.
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)The staff at Dourish and Day Penkridge have been so helpful especially Claire who has worked with us with getting my partner and I into a first home. With us being first time buyers we were unsure about things and what was needed to be done and Claire talked us through everything we needed to do and explained anything we were unsure about. Thanks to her we are able to get the keys to our first home this week and we couldn’t be more grateful for all her help.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Within 15 minutes of it going live I had my first appointment.. second viewing appointment for the same day within 40 minutes both for the same day! I literally can't believe how efficient they are! I would totally recommend them! From the media presentation to speaking to staff on the phone it's been absolutely faultless!!!
