Tim Drake explained everything clearly to us and then passed us into Alena Novotna, at wednesfield branch, very capable hands. Alena promptly got viewing booked in and within days we accepted an offer. Alena then carried us 11 weeks to complete paper work ,coordinating with solicitors to then exchange and completed. Alena has been thorough and supportive and kept us informed the whole time. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

She is one of the kindest, warmest, and most professional people we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always approachable, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. As we prepared to move into our new home, Herdip made the entire transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. Her support, communication, and genuine care made such a difference during what can often be a very overwhelming time. After three years as tenants, we can honestly say that we have felt valued and well looked after. After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process.
