The quality of the Mark Templer services, from pricing, brochure style, pitching of sales and the all important progression to completion is exceptional. They also helped us find a great new home to make our own. Thanks to everyone involved.

27th May 2026 (18 days ago)I wasn’t even going to bother leaving such a weak establishment a review but further communication with this company has led me to believe I should warn anyone who tries to get involved with this company. Do NOT ever get involved with these incompetent fools, especially the so called ‘property manager’ Riley who is constantly ‘on leave’ and never in the office no matter what time of day you call. When we did receive a reply, we were met with useless responses. One being advising us to put slug pellets on the floor despite us having a young child of whom slug pellets can be fatal to. This company is a disgrace, they choose to represent dishonest landlords who have no problem renting out a flat with a damp and slug infestation problem. We had no hot water for two weeks, a faulty rotting front door that couldn’t be opened on multiple occasions, insufficient waste disposal systems where the landlord didn’t want to pay £25 for a new bin despite rubbish consistently being cast out onto the pavement. We had to threaten to take legal action against the landlord and the estate agents, we were lucky to be able to get out of the tenancy but had to pay £950 for relisting fees! The property was then relet within the week still having the slug and damp problem and they decided to up the rent even higher despite Allen & Harris having all of this information. They are failing their duty of care and obligations. A total shambles of a company with employees lacking brain cells and MORALS. Nearly a year after I have moved out of this property, I have received an email stating how they have received complaints about bin storage and waste being on the street. The same problem we told Allen and Harris about a year ago, that surprise is happening to another tenant. She states in the email how our tenancy will be reviewed etc despite us no longer living there, what a joke of a company who don’t even know who is living where. They represent stingey landlords and are a completely useless agency. Pictures attached to show what a travesty this company are and the reality behind the listings. For a company that is operating within an expensive area, you would expect the service to be on par, perhaps you need to move your base to Easton. Last photo is of the same waste issue happening to a different tenant.

The staff have been so friendly, and the whole process of securing the property was super efficient. Laura was great at communicating every step of the process. I couldn't fault this professional team. She knew the area well and managed to answer all our questions regarding the property. This made the purchase of the house stress free and can thoroughly recommend. Steve and Jane.

They made the process straightforward especially having to deal with the new legislation that came into force on 1 May . Always dealt with our queries and ensured we understood the protocols involved in renting a property. . Thank you Andrew & Louise

What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service—they genuinely go above and beyond for their clients. 3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I am currently looking to purchase a property and from the estate agents I have dealt with (from my experience of selling a property and purchasing one) Taylors have been amazing. The communication from all of the staff is first class, I have to particularly mention Holly Jenkins who has been in constant contact, giving me feedback, arranged viewings at the last minute and has all round been a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Taylors and would most definitely use them in the future.

26th May 2026 (19 days ago)The team at Ocean kept the move for my mum easy and painless, were there to support with viewings and made the whole thing possible by supporting brokering conversations and negotiations to drive it through to completion. A special and personal thank you ?????? to Mellisa Bell, for going over and above daily to help. What is normally a stressful time, the whole process was bearable as we knew you were there to help on a daily basis. Also we had some laughs, thanks again, Lynne and Sharon x

After enduring a very stressful & prolonged wait to be able to sell a property as an executor who doesn't live close to the property hunters honestly could not have done enough for us. From when we first met David to get an initial valuation and to the eventual sale of the house which sarah was increidbly responsive when it came to giving us any updates etc. hunters could not have been more helpful. They have honestly been more help than I could possibly put into words. If ever I was selling another property in the same area my mind would be at ease knowing that they'd be just around the corner.- 5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Mark and Joel and the team handled the sale of our place in Stapleton and honestly couldn't have asked for a better service throughout. They have outstanding local knowledge and gave well reasoned advice on how to market our property at the correct price, and how to present it well. We had a drawn-out chain with delays on the purchase side that were completely outside their control, and they kept our buyers on board through all of it. They were always quick to respond, extremely helpful and personable and across all the details. Really grateful — would recommend without hesitation.

Rang up to ask gor the link. No link sent. Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent. Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer. Thanks for wasting my time.

So much so that they even kept us up to date with the situation of the house that we were purchasing, as the other agents were horrendous.
