Cameron who initially showed us the property was great and the viewing experience probably contributed to how we like the house.<br>Julie who progressed our sale was very helpful throughout we weekly/ twice weekly calls to keep us up to date with what was happening and pushing the ever slow solicitors.

They were very good at keeping us updated with the current situation. Once the sale was agreed Lorraine was in contact at least weekly to keep us informed with what was happening. Karen has been pivotal in helping us move forward to completion and we are really grateful for the time and expertise this commands. I sought advice on my options i.e. staying, selling refurbished or selling unfurbished and the consequences of each decision. I found them candid and clear and never pushed me to any decision.<br><br>I returned to Hunters when I decided to sell, having done the work and found a house I liked. They were very quick to help me market my house whilst finishing some final jobs.<br>The negotiations on sale and purchase were conducted by Hunters as each property was being offered through the same agency..<br>Throughout the process they were responsive to calls, emails and office visits. I always received quick replies and clear instructions. They were great at coordinating all the people involved and amenable to our requests.<br><br>The whole experience was great, all the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. My friend was right to have recommended them to me!

As a first-time buyer, there were so many things I wasn’t sure about, but Lee was always incredibly helpful, patient and happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>He made the mortgage and insurance side of buying a house feel so much less overwhelming and was always quick to respond whenever I needed help or reassurance. I’m so grateful for all of his support from start to finish and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. Thank you so much Lee! ??????

They liaised with all parties, ensuring the correct information was with the relevant people quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, messages and calls were answered immediately. Feedback, help and guidance was given freely, reducing our anxiety and stress. A massive thank you to the whole team.

26th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Taylors.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit over a month ago and went through an extremely long and stressful process that lasted almost one and a half months. I provided every document they requested and signed the tenancy agreement twice. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given the impression that I would definitely get the property.<br><br>However, the landlord never signed the agreement. What makes the situation even worse is that, while I was waiting and providing documents, the property was apparently put back on the market through another agency. Eventually, after wasting weeks of my time and causing me unnecessary stress and expense, my application was refused.<br><br>I find it extremely disappointing that Taylors continued dealing with this landlord after the problems that occurred. If they knew the landlord was unwilling or unable to proceed, they should have been honest with me from the beginning instead of allowing me to spend almost six weeks going through referencing, paperwork and signing agreements.<br><br>To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned.<br><br>This has been a huge waste of my time, money and effort. The whole process was handled very poorly, with a serious lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for the customer.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a property. Think very carefully before using this agency
