Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

31st Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Absolutley amazing! From start to finish, Hunters looked after us, knew our requirements and did not push for anything else. Iain and Sean are so personable, in fact the admin team were amazing as well, Caroline and Elizabeth were great at communicating. All of them worked so hard with our solicitors to ensure a succesful sale. Would highly recommend, and if we ever move again we would 100% use these guys (although I cannot imagine wanting to move as Hunters helped us purchase our perfect home and also sold our old house too)

Andrea provided us with the mortgage related services and they have booked us in for a number of house views matching our criteria. They followed up with a call to get a feedback on the properties a few days later and checked further what other properties might be of interest to us. We received great professional and personable service!

1st Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)The verbal valuation that we received was £25K higher than the valuation that we received on paper from Oakleys (24 hours later). After one month with lots of viewings but no offers we decided to change agent and accepted an offer above asking price within 3 days of being on the market. They have a good reputation in the area but we were disappointed.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately had a bad experience lately with Robinsons, we rented until recently, god fobid if you have a major problem with the property you rent from them, they dont answer your emails or calls, its as if they dont care, they've got your money thats all they are interested in, thier employees make empty promises, perhaps they should just stick to selling houses, that way once it done you dont need to deal with them again

The team keept us in the loop with weekly updates and helped chase up outstanding or difficult queries with all parties when they could. When our first purchase fell through due to the vendor, Homeworks helped us find another property really quickly. Never felt as if it was too much to call or email them. Would use them to sell in the future.

From the initial viewing, through to the offer and enquiries, Karen and the team worked tirelessly to keep our solicitors in constant contact and was incredibly responsive, often replying to queries and emails within minutes. Moving home is always stressful, and our case was no exception, but throughout we felt like Karen was 100% on top of things and genuinely cared about the outcome and our ambitions. Not to mention the virtual tours available on the property listing which has made planning the details of our next move easier than ever! Thank you so much Karen, George and team. If we ever want to sell, you’d be top of our list!

8th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Hunters were a complete failure. Communication was non existent. We spent time getting our home read for a video and they just did not bother to show up. They were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and pick a different agent.

20th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I happily excluded the Inventory checks, but agents convinced me (landlord) to take an inventory check with additional charges, so I decided to take it. After the full report there was no mention of water meter reading taken. Surprisingly they didn't know where it was, and eventually found it, with my help, but now could not read the meter. Maybe too lazy to bend over and clean the meter, to be able to check. Failed to report to the Thames Water company after my request, as I was outside of the country. After my approach to the water company no complaint was logged on. Not surprised. No different than other Estate Agents. Send a 16 years old boy to check the water meter and guess what he did the Job. I wouldn’t call unprofessionals, but clearly no interest in providing an extra mile of service, to keep a smile on landlords, or tenants. And thank God for not giving them a Full Management.
