Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Dealt with Matt Lindsey at Indigo.<br><br>He is very professional and importantly<br>I like the fact that Matt knows the business of buying and selling a property , it can be stressful and Matt does his best to offer good advice to all parties.<br><br>Matt is a good communicator,he calls with an update when he says he will, he returns calls immediately and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find it and call or email in the evening and weekends.<br><br>Matt is proactive and is always willing to put forward ideas and suggestions to help the deal along.<br>I would recommend Indigo and Matt for all property matters.

Although we weren’t their direct clients, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>We’ve dealt with several estate agents during our house search, and none came close to the level of service we received. From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
