3rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

Whilst the general service was okay from an agent level, now that I’m awaiting the legitimate refund of holding deposit I’m simply being ghosted by senior management. The agent was kind enough to acknowledge and respond to emails initially with the promise that someone would be in contact. Zero response from the company management has been received almost 1 month later, despite numerous requests. They’ve simply left junior colleagues to respond with ambiguous statements. If they were challenging the repayment I would understand a response to that effect, it’s the lack of response that is most concerning.
10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.
6th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)If you can choose anyone to help you through the buying process, I’d HIGHLY recommend Branislav. From the beginning he has been attentive, informative and supportive in a multitude of ways. He explains everything A-Z which makes first time buyers, like myself and my partner, feel more in control and understand the process. Branislav communicates well, chases third parties for you and stands in your corner. He even called us late at night when I was asking far too many questions just to put us at ease and get a move on with things. He ensures that you get good value for money on the properties you view and in general is open and honest in all areas of property purchasing. We look forward to the rest of the journey and would thoroughly recommend Bran to anyone starting the process of getting a mortgage, or any other need - he’s more than competent, trustworthy and honest.

Amisha also played a big part as she had answers to every question and made it an enjoyable experience from her professionalism and bubbliness.
27th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Moving can be immensely stressful but the team at Belvoir were fantastic. Very attentive and available with any concerns I had during the process of completing forms, arranging viewings, etc. A genuine personable experience. A special shout out to Rees has been brilliant!

16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)They will waste your time with checks and recommendations, also intentionally make first weeks rent non-refundable so be careful, I’ve rented apartments in luton with no issues.. I Strongly Do Not recommend for people who value their time and money

They gave us good advice, they were open and honest, and they were always swift to respond. They brought some urgency when it was needed but never any pressure, and we always felt they genuinely cared. Their valuation was realistic and they really know the North Bedfordshire market. If you’re considering selling, give them a call/
