13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)My partner & I had been on a property search for the best part of a year before we met June from Prospects in Warfield. She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. We had really excellent support from Sylwia, so kind and so professional. Throughout a tricky process, Sylwia handled everything for us and got the right outcome for us. We really felt that we mattered to her, as well as the whole Davis Tate team. I recommend Sylwia and the whole team wholeheartedly.

Lorraine was amazing throughout the process, always following up and helping us get everything completed smoothly.<br><br>And a special mention to Carol, who was absolutely excellent at chasing all the solicitors and keeping everything moving when things could have easily stalled!<br><br>A genuinely great team who worked hard for us from start to finish. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

After having several houses fall through with other agents, they’d call me if new houses were due to come on once they knew exactly what was after (no time wasting!!) and I ended up buying a property before it came to market. Highly recommend anyone to use them if looking for a property in Maidenhead. Thank you both so much!!!!
