24th May 2026 (26 days ago)This is the second time we have used Frosts. Our first, 3 years ago was selling our own property and this time my Mother selling hers. On both occasions everyone at Frosts was so helpful and professional. I think where the team at Langley really excel is during the post offer to completion stage. In both our cases the communication and management were so personal and professional. For this we thank Alison. Not to exclude any of the other team in branch as lead Steve ensured the properties were correctly marketed and was always available for sound advice. Everyone in the Langley office deserves praise, so thank you all for your successful completion on both properties and all the little touches that makes you stand out from the crowd.

She has an impressive knowledge of the houses and the local area, pointing out details and insights we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. June was patient, approachable, and happy to answer all our questions, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.- 18th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Ben and the team at Ballards Twyford highly enough. We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Thanks Ben and team!

New hire, Sylwia Sokolowska, brought energy and drive to the letting side - absolutely essential for expat landlords like me - making sure repair works were turned around and a new tenant was found. Good work.

She has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. I also dealt with Bethany while Sarah was on holiday and she was also most helpful and supportive. I would no hesitation in recommending this Office based on my personal experience.

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Chloe was very friendly and personable. Very quick in answering questions and keeping informed of viewing comments. First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive. Happy with final result.
8th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Adams Estates. The checkout process felt unfair and heavily biased against the tenant. Many items listed in the report were inaccurate or related to normal wear and tear after two years of living in the property. Some conditions mentioned, such as mould, marks, and general ageing, were already present when I moved in, yet they were still included as issues at checkout. There were also claims about missing items that were actually present, which makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the inspection. The property was not newly renovated when I moved in, but the expectations at checkout felt unrealistic. I am willing to pay reasonable charges where genuinely justified, but the overall handling of this situation has seriously affected my trust in this agency.

Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.

I’ve got to say she was amazing throughout the whole process and we did have a difficult and extremely tight deadline. She kept us in the loop throughout the process and pushed all the solicitors! Even our Estate agent our end said she was fantastic! Thank you Bernadette for all your help and support and I would highly recommend you in the future.

He was always friendly, professional, and easy to reach whenever we had questions or concerns. 21st May 2026 (29 days ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell/buy in the local area. It really was 5 star service and I am thankful to Connor and David for all of their support!
