She was consistently positive, efficient, organised, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise beyond anyone’s control, but she handled everything with calm confidence and kept the process moving as smoothly as possible at every stage. Her communication was excellent — she set clear and timely guidelines, kept everyone informed, and was always thorough in answering questions or following things up promptly. What really stood out was how engaging and approachable she was; always smiley, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping things progress smoothly. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 9th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.

Very friendly and professional, and made navigating a stressful situation a lot more manageable. If we are to sell this house in future, we will definitely do so using Quarters and we are already recommending Quarters to friends and family.

During that time, they have helped us sell the same property on three separate occasions as circumstances changed and transactions fell through for reasons outside anyone's control.
