Usually you're lucky if you get a mediocre company, there are so many nightmares out there. But BPS is truly what they should all be like. Friendly and responsive, proactive. Really great experience.

I have been left with no choice but to lodge a legal complaint for 1.non payment of rent despite tenants paying rent on time for more than 3 months 2. refusal to acknowledge and address the issues for months 3. refusing to transfer tenant deposit despite termination of contract 4. Nick Parker, head of the agency does not repsond to any of concerns, emails or phone calls.

He’s not like the usual estate agent , he’s just sold our house after six months of an offer being made on our house , he didn’t put any pressure on us. hes very genuine, so helpful and a real gentleman just a lovely man .
