Warren and the team have been excellent and kept us informed throughout the process. When a potential sale fell through they arranged another series of viewings very quickly and soon after that an offer was accepted.

27th Sep 2023 (9 mo. ago)First Step used to be the go to agents in the local area, they seemed honest and transparent. From my experience this is a thing of the best with them. There are many agents in the local area now who are much better then First Step, they will look after you and are much more sincere. My advice would be, dont just go with them, give all the others the same opportunity, remember First Step excel in talking the talk, but once your signed in, they dont walk the walk. Think is all I advise anyone.

The whole process took extremely long and the deal could have easily fallen through if it wasn’t for Neal. He remained on top of the whole process, keeping us (the buyers) and the sellers up to date with the progress from either side. His deep understanding of the property he is working with and the area as a whole comes in really handy as he normally would have instant answers for your questions. If not, he is very quick to revert with details. Overall, an excellent experience with Neal and Breslauer.

Browns really are a breath of fresh air in the world of Estate Agents. Robert was my one point of contact, he has a great knowledge of the market, is very professional, transparent and personable. Throughout the selling process, Robert kept me up to date on everything, was proactive and followed up when he said he would and in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected from an Estate Agent. I would highly recommend Browns Residential.
