7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.

After that I did not have to do anything. Carol in the office arranged all appointments regarding viewing and kept me informed regally . This was a completely stress free situation thanks to the office staff. Thanks for everything .

They supported us through the moving out process and made moving into our new home much easier and stress free. They also helped us to find our new house which we’re really grateful for. After our viewing, she took the time to highlight all the property’s key features and even put together a detailed overview of the local area, including commuting options and things to do nearby. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process and was always available for a call when we needed her. Her calm, reassuring approach made a real difference, and her support went above and beyond our expectations. 14th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.
