We were purchasing a house through them, and when the original chain broke down, they were calm, reassuring, and incredibly helpful while everything was being sorted. Their support made a huge difference and we eventually got our dream house.<br><br>A special mention to Mollie and Julie, who were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best outcome.<br><br>We would highly recommend J Lord to anyone buying or selling a property. We’ll definitely use them again if we ever decide to move again.

They clearly understand the local market and they have a tried and tested approach to marketing and selling property which was very effective. Special thanks to Sam for handling the marketing and sale of the property and also to Toni, the sales progressor for keeping the sale on track. I would highly recommend Courtyard.

Jo guided us through with care and compasion, treating us like humans and not just another transaction. Throughout the entire buying process and after many viewings with various agencies Jo stood out as the dream partner in the process. Thank you Jo! She advised us along the way, set reasonable expectations as we went and even referred contractors for things like moving, electrics and solicitors. While we mainly dealt with Jo, everyone in the team that we spoke to was also really nice and helpful, with anything that we needed. Well done team, we are some very happy customers.

8th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)From the initial call to the office in Shrewsbury, I was met with a friendly conversation to pass my details to Alex who I had been recommended highly by a friend. Alex promptly called back, listened to my needs and set an appointment to view my property for a valuation. Even on his last morning prior to Christmas, Alex carried out the survey and even emailed the full details before breaking for Christmas. Very honest advice offered following the visit as well as a follow up call to ensure all was as per our conversation. Would highly recommend Holland and Broardbridge for advice, valuation and sale if required.

14th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.
