They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.
14th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had full confidence with Humphreys from the beginning, , knowing the area well and the overall knowledge of the house they are selling for you .The genuine interest and support with James and Donna - The feedback we found very helpful and insightful. Through to a sale -The Street app for appointments with back up phone calls and reminders.The office are knowledgeable and helpful in your case . Very happy -thank you Humphreys!!
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. We have no hesitation recommending Bridgfords Disley.

11th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I would just like to thank everyone at Edward Mellor for their help and support in selling my parents home which wasnt straightforward and involved a legal process to get the job done.<br>Because of the nature of the sale i was assigned a very experienced and specialised agent Amy Hardman who was superb,she is very professional has 100% dedication and very very good indeed,not just that i felt she really cared,was really supportive during the stressful times in what was a difficult sale,she is the person you want helping you in getting it done.<br>I can’t thank her enough,she was an absolute legend!<br>Kind Regards<br>John

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

The sale of my property has been very stressful but Dawn was persistent, helpful and chased conveyancers. If it hadn’t been for her understanding, kind words and hard work, I’m not sure I would have been able to get through to the finish line.

She’s honestly the most amazing person to deal with, and we can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. 23rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Andy at Home Smart has held our hand from initial enquiry about putting our house on the market to purchasing our next house. As fairly new to the house buying process (other than buying off a builder) I was nervous about the whole process. With Andy (and his colleagues) I need not to have been.<br><br>When our house was valued by Andy he came and checked through our house and gave us a realistic number we could obtain. A yes man he is not, but you purchase expertise for a reason. Our house sold for less than the advertised amount, but Andy helped guide us through the whole process end to end and actually we look to make the same saving on our onward purchase that we lost out on at our own, giving a nil effect, thanks to his hand holding (even checking in on us whilst on holiday!!) and advice given on negotiating a purchase price.<br><br>Genuinely interested in your progression and can’t do enough for you!<br><br>Thanks Andy!
