They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.
14th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We had full confidence with Humphreys from the beginning, , knowing the area well and the overall knowledge of the house they are selling for you .The genuine interest and support with James and Donna - The feedback we found very helpful and insightful. Through to a sale -The Street app for appointments with back up phone calls and reminders.The office are knowledgeable and helpful in your case . Very happy -thank you Humphreys!!
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Emma James from Meller Braggins worked incredibly hard and effectively on our behalf. She organised excellent photos, put videos on social media and updated the listing periodically to keep it fresh. Her feedback was excellent and prompt and she did her best to get feedback after viewings and then followed up to see if any viewing might lead to a purchase.
8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. We have no hesitation recommending Bridgfords Disley.

8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)The service I’ve received has been excellent, from the first visit when Hollie Moore from the Woodley branch came to value the house, to Amber Hind, also from the Woodley branch who booked in all the viewings and kept me fully up to date with what was happening.<br>Once the offer was accepted, I was contacted by Amy Hardman, who has kept me fully up to date and support me throughout the process right through to completion.<br>From accepting the offer to completing, it’s taken just 61 days!<br>Thank you, Edward Mellor and your amazing team. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!
