Great communication from James Deb and Laura. They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone.
Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property.

18th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Emma has been wonderful throughout the sale of our house. She is proactive and incredibly easy to work with, and we always felt that she was genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for us. Her advice always turned out to be sound.
She kept communication flowing, stayed on top of the chain, chased things when needed and consistently went above and beyond. Emma's hard work and determination made a real difference to our sale, and she managed the whole process with a lovely combination of professionalism, calm and good humour.
We are so grateful for everything she has done and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
8th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. He has been incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout our tenancy. Whenever we’ve had any questions or issues, Adam has always responded very quickly and made a genuine effort to help get things resolved.
He is always approachable and reliable, and his communication has been excellent from start to finish. It’s been really reassuring to know that whenever we needed help, Adam was always there to support us.

16th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We bought a house through Edward Mellor and I can absolutely say if we sell again it will be through them. From the start, viewing the property to completion, the team at Stockton Heath were amazing. We had a lot of difficulties in the sale of our house but the communication from Amy between us and our seller was brilliant and so reassuring. Amy was super on it and any time she promised to call us back she did, absolutely no chasing required. Highly impressed and highly recommend.

8th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)We have recently sold our home in Bollington via Holmes Naden and Jan, Clare and Lindsay made the whole thing very smooth and as pain free as possible. From valuation to completion, they were on hand, helping link the buyers, sellers, solicitors to keep the sale on track. It was so helpful for us to have access to such a professional and experienced team.
The marketing , high quality photography and management of viewings ensured potential buyers had a good experience too.
Highly recommend Holmes Naden, well deserved 5* service and process.
29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!
