Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

They were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>From start to finish they kept me updated, were always easy to get hold of, and made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Towards the end of the sale, when things became particularly pressured, they were in constant contact, reassuring me and keeping everything moving forward.<br><br>Karl and Rachel are both genuinely lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism, communication and support made such a difference, and I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work – I truly appreciate everything you did to help get my move over the finish line.

1st May 2026 (14 weeks ago)I have recently dealt with Bridgefords at Culcheth regarding the sale of my property. I cannot commend Andrew and his team enough for their help and support through the process. I had previously dealt with another very popular estate agents who left me feeling very unsupported and disheartened with terrible communication. From the moment I contacted Andrew he was extremely accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and could not do enough to help. The main point for me is Andrew and team are so warm and approachable and delicate with the fact that selling your home is a huge life changing process and can be extremely stressful, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I feel they understood the weight of the process which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Bridgefords Culcheth to anyone looking to sell their home who want the process to be dealt with efficiently but also kindly.
