31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

Also really quick to reply and arrange a viewing. From there we have worked with her and Lisa and been extremely happy with the service at the Southville branch. They're always easy to reach and happy to help and managed to find us the perfect house which thankfully Lisa also looked after which made the whole process so much easier. I have always found them to be honest and easy to work with which I can't say about all estate agents in Bristol!

This despite many difficulties thrown at them by my estranged wife, who put many obstacles in their way. Gillian and Peter are always on hand for any queries and Gillian always gets any maintenance issues sorted quickly and in time. We have never had a bad tenant in the property- thanks to AUL’s strict vetting process and the property has never been empty for longer than a few days! All tenant check in and check outs have been handled quickly and well and we think the fee they charge for the property management is acceptable. I can highly recommend Accommodation Unlimited !!
