18th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.
6th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. 13th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

Everything ran smoothly, communication was clear throughout, and the whole process was handled very professionally. She’s a credit to the company. The sale was completed in just over three months, which I was really happy with. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they kept things moving at every stage. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent. Thanks again for making the process so straightforward!

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

The whole team is friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive — whenever anything came up, it was handled quickly and with genuine care. It’s rare to find an estate agent you feel you can 100% trust, but that’s exactly how we feel about Charles Rose. After such a consistently positive experience, I honestly wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you for making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well looked after — we highly recommend them.

13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.

Got me through the mud of the house buying process and was very helpful with advise! Was friendly and personal, but kept it professional. Would highly recommend!
