13th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.

15th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing

We could not have asked for any more form Lauren, Maddie and Eve Never complained and were with us all the way, through a very difficult sale with difficult solicitors and lower chain issues. The purchase was a breeze due to H&H’s relationship building. Thank you so very much from all of us, Kindest David, Amanda and Archie.

Jan in particular became like a friend to her and always returned our telephone calls when asked and she always kept us informed which was very important to us. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and also a very nice man. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co for any sale or purchase.

I did my initial valuation with Iona, whom was excellent also, and I'm happy with the valuation. Loved the marketing of the property. ( It was advertised everywhere, even I was fed up of seeing it! ??????) But Connells delivered! Very good value for money, and excellent local market knowledge. Vicky don't ever lose your enthusiasm.... it's infectious!

Rich was so friendly, down to earth and gave us clear advice and did exactly what it says on the tin!! Viewings were well organised and feedback was prompt, with an offer being made and excepted on the first round of viewings. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish, and we felt in very capable hands. If you want a no nonsense service without the "hard sell", I highly recommend Evans, what a great team :)

So I chose Ellis Brooke to market my home for me. The whole process was prompt and efficient, with impressive photography and details, which quickly attracted viewings and offers, leading to a sale.
