4th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.

Communication could have been slightly better following viewings even when feedback was not forthcoming or negative, but to know that at least then you weren’t left wondering . Since an offer has come through and now having a designated person to support the process from then on, communication has been excellent. The lady designated to support the process following the offer has been extremely helpful

Aaron handled the original enquiry, Sharon took care of the viewings and Ellie took care of progressing the sale. They kept in contact with us so we knew what was happening at all times. They were fantastic from start to finish and always responded quickly to queries and problems caused by our difficult buyers even at the weekends. I’m pretty sure without their professionalism and knowledge we wouldn’t have completed our sale. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them if I sell in the future.

I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold.
