I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

He has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially after a previous collapse in the chain. But Jamie went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. He was constantly communicating, keeping us updated at every single stage and proactively chasing solicitors to make sure nothing stalled. He truly went the extra mile and exceeded all our expectations!
4th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I viewed some houses and ultimately purchased a house with Intercounty at the end of 2025 and they were brilliant.<br><br>They were friendly, honest and reliable. Ashley was excellent and worked efficiently to progress the purchase. He provided us with regular updates as well as honest, trustworthy advice and information.<br><br>When viewing, they had lots of information about the properties they showed us and were able to answer most of our questions there and then. 10th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)A warning for buyers and sellers.<br><br>Unfortunately, like many estate agents in the UK, this branch appears to prioritise its own business interests over both buyers and sellers.<br><br>In our experience, if you don’t already have a property listed with them or aren’t using their additional services (such as mortgage brokering), it can feel like you have very little chance against buyers who do. Even when you do everything right as a buyer, it feels as though preference is given to applicants who generate the agency additional commission through multiple transactions or add-on services.<br><br>Sellers should also consider whether they are truly being presented with the strongest buyer overall, or simply the buyer most commercially beneficial to the agency. That could potentially mean losing out on better offers from genuine buyers who really love the property.<br><br>Buyers should be aware that being in a strong position alone may not be enough if you are not also using the agency’s wider services or related transactions.<br><br>While all offers legally have to be passed on, we’ll never know how fairly or enthusiastically competing offers were presented, and the overall process left us with very little confidence in the transparency of how things were handled.

Louise was extremely helpful in what was a stressful time for my dad when moving from Northampton to Norfolk, cannot recommend her and the branch enough.<br><br>If you are thinking of buying or selling a house in the area, this estate agents office is extremely knowledgeable of the area and sale prices etc.<br><br>Thank you so much to the Brundal team

3rd Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
