I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

Kurt came to value & organise photos then Michele took the reins to support me through what became a fairly protracted and traumatic process due to the behaviour of my buyers. Michele’s ongoing care during this whole debacle was wonderful (supported by Tia when Michele was off). I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication I was shown and Michele’s partnership with my solicitor alingside her persistence and perseverance helped ensure the sale moved forward, even when it looked bleak. I was given very personal support and am deeply appreciative as this was a difficult time for me; I don't think we would have reached the end of the road otherwise. Thank you so much!
10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

The team was professional, friendly, responsive, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and they were always helpful whenever I had a question. We took his advice and soon had many viewings and offers.<br>The other members of staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our main link was Karen Johnson and Sarah, in Karen’s absence, who both kept us updated regularly even when there wasn’t any particular new info, which helped a great deal just to be kept in the loop.<br>Thanks once again for all your help and I can definitely recommend InterCounty Estate Agents.
