1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.

However, we couldn't have asked for better support than what we received from Zerda at Abbotts. Throughout all the inevitable twists, turns, and hurdles of the chain, she was a constant source of help and guidance. She kept communication open, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and supported us every step of the way to get us across the finish line. Would strongly recommend!

1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m not going to tell you Kyra is the best letting agent in the world… buuuuuuttttt she did help my wife and me find and move into our dream home in the UK less than a week after moving here from abroad.<br>We started working with Kyra a few weeks before arriving in the UK, and she handled everything—from showing us the house virtually and working with the landlord to fighting against the all-mighty bureaucracy of the U.S. government abroad.<br>She even learned a few words of Brazilian Portuguese to help my wife feel more welcome when we first met and gave her plenty of suggestions for nails, salons, and everything else she needed to start feeling right at home in Ely.<br>I’m not really sure what else someone could do to be deserving of the title of world’s best letting agent... but you can decide for yourself when Kyra helps you find your dream home too.

Due to Will's brilliant negotiation skills - he managed to sell my late father's property in 2 months! Great achievement and would highly recommend this hardworking team in Werrington! 16th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

From initial contact all the way through to the completion of the sale, the whole team were so kind and helpful with their friendly manner and the whole process ran very smoothly. We would definitely use their services again if the opportunity arose, and would definitely recommend them to others buying/selling. We felt that we got a much better service from a small family run company than the much larger more well known companies. Particular thanks to Emma and Shane and Tracy as we had the most contact with them.

Brad came out to our house and was so knowledgeable, gave us fantastic advice and had obviously done his homework on the area. Brad gave us regular updates without us having to ever call him and we really felt like he was 'on it' and on our side. I can't thank the team at Potters enough for all of their hard work and we would not hesitate to use them again!
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We brought our property through Sefftons and were highly impressed with Suzanne and Siobhan who we mostly had contact with.<br><br>We had an offer on a property which didn’t work out but straight away Suzanne found a similar property in the area we wanted which we were able to view.<br><br>Suzanne was friendly, diligent and promptly responded to emails and phone calls. She was able to support the vendor and us to ensure tasks were completed in a timely manner. She also supported us to visit the property when visiting the area, sometimes being flexible with little notice.<br><br>There was one issue arising from the surveyor and both Siobhan and Suzanne supported us and the vendor as needed.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sefftons estate agent and would like to thank Suzanne and Siobhan for supporting us so well. Thank you. ??????
5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)HIGHLY RECOMMEND - don’t even think of using anyone else.<br>So refreshing to have a truly independent, forward thinking, trustworthy estate agent (yes really, all of those things and Will’s a thoroughly nice chap!) working with you and for you.<br>My experience with Pye Estate Agents was in them selling a property for me, but if I were to be selling again or buying in Suffolk I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

The behaviour of the letting agents was extremely unprofessional, including giggling while I was on the phone trying to resolve a serious issue.<br><br>I was informed by Georgia that I would be able to move in earlier, so I made moving arrangements based on this, only for those arrangements to be cancelled at the last minute. This resulted in significant stress and additional costs.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told that emails had been sent with updates, but they had not been sent, and the landlord subsequently stated that he was not aware of the situation.<br><br>Overall, there was very poor communication, a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide reliable information. I would not recommend Tucker Gardener based on my experience.
