9th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We rented a place through abbotts at the beginning of the year, and the service we received when moving in was appalling. I’d like to note the property is fully managed by Abbotts, now i’m not sure if this is because we are first time renters, and they thought they could pull a fast one but the property had not been cleaned, there was still old cuttlery and food in the dish washer, cobwebs everywhere, pencil all over the walls, coffee residue all over the kitchen sides, to name a few! The Oven was broken, we had no hot water (which costed loads on electric) I had to pay a cleaner and we are yet to be compensated for any of this. Whilst we are still in the property and have now made it a home, I would not recommend this estate agency.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

From the very start, they were fantastic communicators, professional, proactive, and clearly knew their craft. Within just three months, my property was sold. I honestly couldn’t believe the speed or the expertise of the team, but most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. A huge thank you to City & County for making the process feel seamless from start to finish.

The viewing was organised quickly after we requested and it was non accompanied allowing us to get to know the sellers and see the house at our leisure. They kept us updated with information throughout the process and were extremely efficient when exchange came to take place. Everything was dealt with professionally and with a smile, they were very reassuring during a nervous time and we are really greatful for Rachel, Liam and Lena for a fantastic experience. Would fully reccomend them. Thank you all.

16th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

This was our first move in over 40 years, and the process itself is bureaucratic and unnecessarily complicated, but the Hizzy team consistently went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. We had quite the ride with a few bumps in the road along the way (general conveyance) but they sold my house within 2 days … Lewis and Jake were great - Karen was with me every step of the way and took control of the other agents, my buyers and solicitor. we spoke weekly and thankfully everything pulled together and worked out, I now site in my new home extremely happy ! If I ever need to sell again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Grace estate agents again. Thanks all

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

I must say we spoke to a few members of staff there and they were wonderful but a special thank you goes to Amy Doig who if it wasn't for her I think I would've gone mad, they say moving is stressful but with her advice, help and professional support we made it . Amy worked hard to help with any questions we had and supported us through the whole process, she kept us informed all the way through the process of selling and informed us of any issues or problems that occurred, thank you so much Amy for making this experience a lot easier for us??????, a valid member of the team at Oakheart.x
