7th May 2024 (1 year ago)Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Try talking to the council as they advise to rent privately! Do not use this estate agent as they clearly do not understand the current housing issue or care!
14th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Always great welcoming , friendly staffs , trustworthy people, they go above and beyond to help you to get what you’re looking for. Reasonable properties in good conditions. If there is any issues they will look into it and give you their best support. Have rented all my properties only with Select in the past 15 years. Thank you Guys for making me feel happy to rent out your available properties.

Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Thank you for being passionate and professional in this sector. I will definitely recommend Abdul of ARQ Homes to my friends and family. Mustafa

30th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.
16th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.- 26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Fantastic agency I ever rented from, very good agents, specially Tariq, issues in the house always been resolved with quickness.

18th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I recently completed the purchase of our 2-bed home in Canning Town with Stephen from Samuel King, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Stephen was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. He coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in keeping things on track. A great example of this was following our Level 2 survey, where a number of repairs were flagged that couldn’t realistically be completed before exchange. Stephen stepped in and negotiated on our behalf to secure compensation from the seller instead, making sure we were properly covered. That level of support and advocacy made a big difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to work with in this process. They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had.
