Even when appliances broke they had new ones delivered before I got home from work. If you ever need to rent in London these are the people to go to. The people who work there are so kind. All staff were friendly and helpful could not have asked for anymore absolute top draw. Would recommend them for sure would definitely buy or sell from them again.

19th Aug 2025 (11 weeks ago)Renting from this agency was a nightmare. When I first viewed the flat, they promised several issues would be fixed before I moved in — none of them ever were. I had no working water heater for almost 3 months, and instead of helping, the staff were rude, dismissive, and eventually even blocked my number, and when my tenancy ended, they tried to take money from my deposit for the same problems that were there from the start. Throughout the tenancy I was constantly stressed and counting down the days until I could leave.This agency is dishonest,and shows zero respect for tenants. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Daniel Juniper specifically was our agent and thank the good lord he was able to help us out, couldn't recommend a person more.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Intercounty to anyone looking for reliable estate agents who truly deliver.

21st Oct 2025 (17 days ago)Do not trust the agent in the Oxford area. We wanted to arrange a viewing for a property that appeared to be available. We urgently need to find a home in the area since we sold our current property. The London office told us the agent would ring us back very soon since we had to make arrangements for a viewing. After a long wait we were told that the property had been sold a while ago. Is the agent too lazy to mark the property as "sold STC" or couldn't they be bothered? It's very frustrating to get people's hopes up for nothing.
