She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. 3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)From the very start, Blake was extremely helpful in giving us tips on how to improve our house for selling . We took his advice and soon had many viewings and offers.<br>The other members of staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our main link was Karen Johnson and Sarah, in Karen’s absence, who both kept us updated regularly even when there wasn’t any particular new info, which helped a great deal just to be kept in the loop.<br>Thanks once again for all your help and I can definitely recommend InterCounty Estate Agents.- 9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I can’t thank Jane enough at Bairstow Eves she’s gives the most honest and helpful Advice and an expert at her job. So friendly and welcoming and after the the first viewing I felt I had built a Great rapport that stood me in good stead to secure the flat! She organised a meeting with the landlord the next day at my request and after spending an hour with him I’d secured the flat! I coudlnt believe it - I had starred this property when I saw it first come onto the market months back ,but we all want a bargain don’t we? So eventually it came down to the right price and happy to say we have been in here for 2 weeks! I don’t think without the help and support of Cam we would ahve secured it! So a massive shout out to this young lady who in my eyes is the best agent out there! I would have no hesitation in using 1st call again but would only want Cam to help me ! When you coming to visit us ? ??????

Great communication and not your typical pushy salesperson. Very fairly priced package provided by them for a great service. Gracie and Mandy have been fantastic throughout the process too!

The team were phenomenal - Olivia and Ann-Marie in the Loughton office and Amanda as our sales progressor. We always felt like their priority and they were there to handle and communicate with us on any potential issues, resolving any concerns that we had. They were miracle workers when our buyer dropped out, securing us a new buyer within days! This meant that we were able to secure the house of our dreams! I highly recommend Durden and Hunt.
