(288 reviews)3rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

We mainly spoke with Vanessa, Sue, Hannah and Nick and they were all friendly and supportive and so so helpful with finding a new place quickly when our circumstances changed. Although we were disappointed to have been on the market so long, we did eventually get a price we were happy with.

18th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I can’t say anything more than terrible. I’ve had no viewings in 15 weeks, no communication from Connells except when I emailed or phoned them first. I don’t think they had any strategy for selling my property but I wouldn’t know because they didn’t communicate. The photos and advertising online were alright but that’s about it. I’m now in the process of changing estate agents to one recommended by a friend and they already seem to know more.
