21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

Nicola was Fantastic! The best sales progressor I have dealt with across my previous 3 house purchases and sales. She was on the ball with chasing solicitors (there was a lot of this required) and providing updates and provided a really high quality service! Thank you both for all of your help.

But then I saw a listing on this site, and the same day I called I was offered a viewing..little did I know I was finally done house hunting..I met with Nicole for the house viewing very lovely lady..she then put me over to Lois foster who make sure everything went smoothly for me. Its my first time doing this she sat with me and go through the process answered all my questions and update me with every steps. All I did was read and sign..it was no hassle no stress and no worries. And to top it off...my welcome home box with the goodies when I went to collect my keys..chef ?????? ??????..top teir encounter..thanks Lois am now settling well and enjoying home my space.
23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I just completed a house purchase, and Harwich Village Homes was responsible for the sellers property.<br><br>Our experience with them was amazing from start to finish as the buyers of the property.<br><br>When booking our viewing, it was seamless with prompt responses to messages. As we were moving from London to Harwich, they accommodated viewings around our work schedules and times that were good for us due to how far we were coming from.<br><br>Throughout our whole purchase, I had regular phone call updates and was supported with reassurance and any questions answering when I felt unsure due to being first-time buyers.<br><br>I didn't think that the sellers estate agent would be so helpful to me as the purchaser, but they were amazing.<br><br>Once our completion took place, it was made easy for us to collect the keys, and also, we were given a congratulations card, which was so sweet of them all.
