2nd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We recently put our house on the market with Beresfords Estate Agents and from day one we were extremely well looked after by Charlotte Micallef and Josh Sutherland. Both Charlotte and Josh were very professional, approachable, and supportive. Selling a house can be stressful, but their communication, knowledge, and calm approach made the whole process feel more manageable. Unfortunately, we had to remove our house from the market for personal reasons, and even though by then they had sold our property, they fully understood our situation, and we never felt they were disappointed we had to pull out of the deal. We really appreciated this and would highly recommend both of them, and Beresfords Estate Agents, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

He always returned my emails and phone calls very quickly and was a pleasure to talk to. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was expected of him. They were quick to ring us back if they couldn’t answer straight away. It was not an easy sale and it was a struggle to find a buyer with an acceptable offer, but they were patient throughout. The whole team were very helpful, especially Louise. She was not only helpful, she was supportive and kind and understanding. I would highly recommend their service. Fees are also very reasonable.

They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family. From the outset, their excellent local knowledge and extensive contacts were evident. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market. The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed. Beresfords made what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably easy. Their professionalism, efficiency and understanding were outstanding, and we are extremely grateful for everything they did. We met Lois at the property and she was polite, engaging and professional. Lois took us through the process including negotiating with the landlord on a move in date that was agreeable to all parties. We cant thank Lois enough for her support and guidance. Furthermore, we should also mention the team at Sudbury, especially Nicol, who was able to support us when Lois was not available. Thank you for making this happen Lee and Cindy

Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!
