22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)With regard to the competitors based in Clacton on Sea, Mike Vincent and Sons Ltd have proved to me they are far the best Estate Agent to liaise with. They are experts in their field but also have very kind, patient personalities; a real plus when you are trying to sell your property with other issues causing extreme distress. If anyone were to ask me who to place their property for sale with I would immediately say Mike Vincent and Sons. I would, publicly, like to give a big, warm thanks to both Mr Ian Hunter and Mr David Gees for all their help regarding the promotion and sale of my property. Many thanks to both you hard working gentlemen (Also best wishes to the newcomer - Lewis).
