Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

From my first valuation, their knowledge of local market trends was spot-on. They kept us fully updated after every viewing and handled negotiations brilliantly. Ive felt supported the entire time and cannot recommend them enough!

We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. This can be a stressful time but it simply wasn't. A huge thank you to Shelley and Chris for all their hard work. We could not have asked for more from the team and matters progressed so smoothly. 26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We worked with this so called ,, senior negotiator ,, Chloe , while trying to purchase a property. Throughout the process, the negotiation tactics were highly aggressive & lacked transparency. Chloe pressured us to increase our offer by claiming there were multiple higher bids, but refused to provide clear timeline updates or confirm when our conditions were presented to the vendor. Due to this lack of communication and high-pressure environment, we withdrew our interest. I would not recommend using this agency if you value transparency or professional service.<br>Lacked communication & honesty. Time wasting .<br>Avoid at all costs.

I was kept informed whenever there was a viewing and given honest feedback, they were always helpful in answering any questions. It was reassuring to know they did regular checks on the property as I don't live nearby. I would definitely recommend Blake and Thickbroom.

They sold our flat not once, but twice- after the first sale fell through, and on both occasions, they achieved a price higher than any other estate agent was willing to list it for.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated. They clearly knew the market and had the confidence to value our property properly, rather than simply giving us the lowest figure to secure the listing.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and they worked hard to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Special mention to Cameron, Alex & Frankie who were all brilliant.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel Frank. Thank you for all your hard work!

As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process was completely new to me, but Oliver has made the entire experience feel straightforward and far less daunting than I expected.<br>From our very first conversation, Oliver has been friendly, professional, patient and incredibly helpful. He has taken the time to explain every stage clearly, answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process.<br>From securing my Decision in Principle and finding the right lender, through to submitting my full application and receiving my formal mortgage offer, everything has progressed incredibly smoothly.<br>Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and having a mortgage broker you can trust and who genuinely supports you throughout the process makes such a difference.<br>A huge thank you to Oliver for all the help and support so far.
