Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.
14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Probably the most stressfull financial event is selling a house. Not now ! the solution and only way forward is to engage the services of The Stuart Thomas Estate agency. Should you be lucky enough to be within their area then they are the go to Team. The owner, Stuart Thomas, is an immensely experienced, very professional and diligent person, his agency is staffed with a great team whom will get the job done. At all times the viewings were carried out either by Stuart or one of his staff, viewings were on time and executed in a proffesional and friendly manner, we were also given feedback after the viewing. The details and photos were perfect and the listing on Rightmove and other media were spot on. Our house sold within a few weeks. For fear of leaving anyone out I will not name the people I dealt with but rest assured you are all great and very much appreciated. However, I will actually name Sally as she kindly recommended a solicitor to deal with our conveyancing of the sale, Tracy Hughes at Paul Robinson Solicitors. This is so worth a mention as our original solicitor was a complate and utter waste of space, so we needed to find an alternative quickly. Tracy Hughes was simply exceptional, awesome in fact. After a lifetime of buying and selling house and having countless solicitors trying to stuff it up, to find Tracy was a breath of fresh air, great recomendation Sally. Our sincere Thanks goes to Stuart Thomas and the Team, Fantastic Job!

29th May 2026 (23 days ago)We have now sold two houses with this agency — my husband’s house last year and now my and my brother's house — and once again the service has been absolutely excellent. Chris Rawlings and the whole team has always been professional, helpful, and very supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and prompt, and we truly felt that they cared about achieving the best result for us. Buying or selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything much smoother and easier with their experience, patience, and dedication. We are very grateful for all the hard work and support they provided both times. We would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. 29th May 2026 (23 days ago)I would like to share my positive feedback about the way Mel Rowlands who is a Property Manager at the Stanway office has been managing any issues with the property I am renting via Fenn Wright. Whenever, I have had an issue, Mel has ensured that the issues are handled promptly. After I get an automated formal notification of complaint - I get a follow-up acknowledgement. There is also a follow-up either by a call or email or a sms to confirm if the issue has been dealt with. This is reassuring. Whenever, there have been delays from the contractor assigned to the repair – Mel has followed up with me and tried her best to expedite the repair by following-up with the contractor, and then updating me. Whenever – there has been an issue (like the recent one with a door) – Mel has ensured that the right contractor was assigned, after the initial contractor did not do the complete job. Mel followed up with the next contractor and got the contractor to fix the issue with door. Overall, I am very satisfied with the way the Mel has handled any issues that I have had.

14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a renter, my experience of Bairstow Eves Billericay branch was very disappointing and frustrating. They are very friendly and chatty but fail to get the job done and action items on their side. I had 2 experiences, where it took a prolonged time and lots of chasing, in order for the action to happen. The first time, I wanted to renew our contract with some adjustments and it took lots of chasing and follow ups as they were unable to action what was agreed with the landlord and update the contract. The second time, they took over a month to return our deposit. Despite both the landlord and I, confirming to them that it can be returned the same day as speaking with them, they decided to wait a week before instructing the deposits team.
