We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

From the moment of contact, Danny was reassuring, supportive and confident that he would help us secure a buyer for our property which he did quickly. He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. We are thrilled with the result, and so grateful to Danny and John Alexander. We felt that they always had our best interests at heart. We couldn't recommend them high enough. Thank you!

From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

The team work promptly and proficiently..and explain every step along the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling a property. The whole team in the Leigh-on-sea office deserve medals for how they handled all points of our sale..especially Ben and Jo..and much as I am glad it is all done now..I am almost sad because talking with them was always a pleasure. 5 stars well deserved!!!

The team really do know the local market, and I had a sale agreed in excess of the asking price within 3 weeks of going on the market.<br><br>Tom, Liz, Carol and the whole team continued their support through the whole process until completion day. They really did make the process as stress-free as possible, and Carol worked very hard to progress the sale. Very helpful having the office located locally in the village so that you’re able to drop in when it’s needed.

They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and customer service have been first-class. Communication's always been excellent. Quick responses, clear answers, and nothing's ever too much trouble. It's rare to find a letting agency that truly puts customer care at the heart of what they do, but they do. Highly recommended, a fantastic team.
3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Great experience with this company, Danny was great during the process of selling the property and towards the end Debbie was absolutely fantastic at chasing up and getting everything moving to get us to the point of exchange and agreed completion/move date. Without Debbie’s input I believe we would still be chasing up everyone on the chain and solicitors etc, but she did most of the hard work there and kept me informed throughout.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
