Stuart and the whole team were respectful and understanding of my situation and despite me not living locally they kept me updated and informed at all times during the whole selling process. I found them to be professional and very efficient, whilst being friendly and very approachable at all times. I really do recommend using Stuart Thomas and his team, as they made a difficult and stressful time a lot easier. Thank you once again.

The whole team was really kind and professional throughout, and super helpful and generous with their time considering it was our first time buying any kind of property and we were new to it all. Kirsty was especially professional, super warm and friendly, and always called each week to give you a detailed update on where you were at with the purchase journey. I couldn't recommend them enough!

20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)All the staff at Blake and Thickbroom were professional, kind, caring, efficient and I had excellent communication with them throughout the sale of my late father's house. David Allis did the initial appointment and was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the local Estate Agents we had booked for valuations in the Clacton Area. He gave me confidence and was not at all pushy to get the business but was respectful and clearly had years of experience in the trade, Jack and Joseph kept me updated and informed at least weekly by phone or e mail, Paul was also instrumental in the smooth and efficient sale. Unfortunately I suffered another significant bereavement during the period of selling which could have hindered things due to the nature of the death and as I do not live in the area but the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful whilst efficiently dealing with the sale which went through quickly and without any issues, I bought and sold a house in the area where I live 2 years ago and I can honestly say the experience was nothing like I had with Blake and Thickbroom . I highly recommend the company .
