4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We recently completed on our purchase with William H Brown and we were both really happy with the service we received. We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. 22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.
