Each of you demonstrated the highest level of professionalism at every stage, from the initial valuation and conducting viewings to maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the process. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you all, and we are incredibly grateful for your support and expertise.
25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

I received weekly updates from Natasha, their Senior Sales Progressor, who was always helpful, proactive, and easy to reach whenever I had questions she defo went above and beyond at all times. From the very first viewing with Bradley & Caroline through to exchange and completion, the whole process felt well-supported and i felt less stressed for sure. I also used Morgan, the mortgage broker who works alongside the company, and he made the financial side just as straightforward - always helpful and there if i had any questions! Overall, a great team that truly made the buying journey a positive one despite it felt like forever due to enquiries! I highly recommend! Thanks! Yildiz

23rd Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.
6th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)We recently sold two properties through Chalk Street Estates- overall had a very positive experience and would recommend this firm to anyone looking to market properties or purchase. The marketing of both properties was excellent. The photography was particularly impressive — very professional, with bright and clear images that really showcased the properties far better than many other listings we saw from different agents. Their pricing was also competitive and reasonable, which gave us confidence in choosing them to market our homes. Throughout the process, the team communicated well regarding viewing requests and follow-ups, keeping us informed at each stage. Unfortunately, there were some aspects outside of their control — particularly issues arising from the mortgage surveyor — which ultimately impacted the final agreed sale prices, bringing them below the initial valuations. Despite this, the team at Chalk Street worked hard to communicate with the rest of the chain and help reach an agreement. We found difficult conversations were handled professionally and very efficiently in what was at the time of our sales a buyers market. We also had an issue with the initial offer being reduced and had to relist the property, but this was handled efficiently and we secured a new offer within a week. Our offers were originally agreed around October, with initial viewings supported by Faye and later managed by Jack. We are very greatful to Jack- selling 2 properties is extremely challenging and Jack was nothing short of a miracle worker when it came to securing offers for both homes at the same time. A true credit to Chalk Street. As we moved closer to completion, Mandy became our main point of contact (around January, roughly eight weeks before completion). We had an incredibly challenging chain, but Mandy worked tirelessly behind the scenes, cross-communicating with all parties involved to help push things forward and encourage completion. We feel this was crucial to supporting completion with multiple agencies, solicitors and buyers involved- this we feel makes Chalk Street a stand out in their field. When we were purchasing our home 5 years ago we did the chasing with solicitors, Mandys involvement really eliminated the stress of it all. We are now in our dream home and cannot thank the team’s professionalism, persistence, and dedication during what turned out to be a complex sale process. If you are looking to sell or buy, they wont let you down :)
16th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Not even deserve single start honestly. We recently made an offer on a property through Kingsleigh. Our offer was initially accepted, but later we were informed (When I called) that the seller decided to reject it. The agent explained that this was because we started with a lower offer and then increased it significantly, which made the seller uncertain and accepted another offer. I had sent emails without receiving a response, and the property remained listed on the market. Clear and timely updates would have helped manage expectations better. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future buyers.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
