They gave honest opinions about properties and pointed out things we might have missed. That honesty helped us avoid a few homes that probably would have caused problems later.
28th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

The team are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process of letting and managing. What really stands out for me is their friendly and approachable attitude — they make what can often be a very stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. He made the whole process feel simple and stress free, and consistently went above and beyond to support us. The Wickford team delivered fantastic service from start to finish, making the whole process stress-free and straightforward. I want to give a special mention to Natasha Tomlins, who was brilliant throughout – her guidance and support helped me navigate my first house sale with ease, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was turned around. I genuinely appreciated being kept updated at every stage and always felt reassured knowing Natasha was on hand to answer any questions.

It is also the lack of stress and pressure from them whilst I found another. I have a busy life so selling and buying a home was never going to be easy. But the team, especially Lorraine, certainly did make it easy for me. Along the way they were genuinely helpful and understanding. I was most fortunate to be their client. Thank you Lorraine and the team including the late Matthew who was my introduction and also a great support.

She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage.
