27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thank you, Lewis! Fantastic service and a real pleasure to work with.
20th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)If only all estate agents were like Elliott & Smith
We recently sold our property with Elliott & Smith and we really appreciated the friendly, efficient and professional manner of all the staff regarding viewings and the whole sales process, we were always kept informed.
Zuhre especially, helped us from the day we decided to sell right through to getting the exchange/completion date agreed.
Moving is very stressful but Elliott & Smith definitely made it a lot easier it’s just a shame we couldn’t find the right house to buy through them.
19th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Hello, we recently moved into a nice house in Braintree, our agen Emma was very helpful, communicative, she sent a lot of emails to us regarding the property and next steps wich we need to do,overall very good experience for us. Many thanks, Emma and Branocs Estate .
29th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)ParaBar found us our dream home and sold our house. Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
10th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)Antony Botha, was so committed and supportive in making sure that we get the house, and I and my partner really appreciate him for he's time, following up on the property and us at all time. For Antony and even the other team members, Yes i will recommend Haart again.
30th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)In a nutshell (in case you're in a rush) we bought a home where Hamilton Piers were the managing estate agents, and they were so good that I had serious estate agent envy.

I honestly wish we'd chosen them to sell our own home.

From day one, the experience was a joy. Jade, Jenna and Sarah were not only professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, but also genuinely engaging, compassionate and have great senses of humour. They made us feel like actual people rather than just another sales commission or invoice number.

Having worked with a few estate agents now, I'd lost faith in the industry. More than once I've been charmed at the start, only to find myself constantly chasing updates after signing up, feeling dismissed and embarrassed that I'd fallen for the sales patter. Hamilton Piers completely restored that faith. Their commitment never wavered.

Every query was dealt with promptly, and Sarah, their Sales Progression Manager, became someone I spoke to every week. She kept us informed at every stage of the process, not only updating us on the progress of the move but also checking in to see how we were doing and offering help wherever she could.

The purchase wasn't entirely smooth sailing due to some complications with safety paperwork (nothing to do with the estate agents), but it was handled with extraordinary patience, professionalism and diplomacy. At every stage, we were confident that we were in safe hands.

We have no plans to move again any time soon, but if we ever do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamilton Piers. In the meantime I recommend them without reservation.

Thank you, Jade, Jenna and Sarah – you were all absolutely brilliant and I miss having excuses to bother you!

Liz, Richard (and Hector! ??????) x
17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Fantastic service from start to finish! Special thanks to Freya for making the sale of my house stress-free, simple and easy, and to Toni for progressing the sale throughout. Both were brilliant, and I would highly recommend the team!
30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend this branch of Connells, from my first meeting with Debby Black, and throughout the sale of the house, Debby has been absolutely amazing. Debby kept in regular contact providing updates and has been understanding and supportive to my personal circumstances. Thanks Debby, you’ve made a very difficult situation easier to navigate.
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We had such a fantastic experience when purchasing through Heritage. Even though they were representing the selling client it felt as if they were looking after us too, helping every step of the way. Special mention to Vicky for being so helpful and understanding, a pleasure to deal with.
23rd Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very polite happy and helpful estate agents. Only too happy to help with our enquire. Look forward to deal with them in the future ????????.
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Would not recommend. I’ve been a customer in various properties for over 10 years. Service charges aren’t justified. They make amounts up, charge you for them and don’t carry out the work. Multiple other tenants I know have said the same about them. Despite a decade-long relationship, if you owe them £1, they will send out bailiffs without warning.
18th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)The owner of the agency Hassan locked us out of the property. This is absolutely illegal.
We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.
I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.
We will now report this to gassafe as well.
16th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)5stars all the way. The best estate agents in Chelmsford . Both Charlotte & Keelie went out of their way to ensure we found our property . Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service
6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)The agency made our move so easy! They updated us about everything on time and clearly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth and easy move. Thank you for all your help!
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Barat Estate Agents, particularly with Mr. Matthew, who handled the communication and coordination between us and the landlord throughout our lease.Matthew was exceptionally kind, polite, understanding, and professional. He took the time to understand our situation and always tried to find solutions that worked for everyone involved. What impressed me most was how approachable and easy to contact he was.
The entire team at Barat Estate Agents were helpful, supportive, and professional.
I would highly recommend Barat Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable, understanding, and professional estate agent. Thank you for all your help and support!
12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)From the moment we met Albie, he has been amazing. Dealing with my enquiries at every stage. Kept us informed with his lovely friendly nature but remaining professional. Albie has so much empathy, putting us at ease a few times.
Although I dealt with Albie mostly, I need to say everyone else at Fisks have also been fantastic.
Highly recommend Fisks for both selling and buying.

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We bought our first home with Beresford, Harold Wood! The best service I received from a estate agent, since hunting for our new home! I do not think, words can describe how amazing the team were.

Throughout our home-buying process, Tom and Amelia were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development.

A big massive shout out to Tom, he took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. His personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found the perfect home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We were outbid as well, for our home. However, Tom worked his magic!

Gosh, we even managed to get a number of viewings before we exchanged contracts! This is was very reassuring for us.

I cannot thank enough how outstanding experience we had with Beresford, Harold Wood.

Highly recommend for first time buyers and even sellers. Shout out to our seller as well, they were amazing too with communication.

All the best for everyone and the team!

From Salma and Habib

He was the person who showed me the house 12 years ago, and now he is the person who helped me sell it.
He is a great guy, and I really appreciate everything he has done for me and continues to do.
Do good, good will come back to you.
I wish Sadek and Just Moovin all the best and lots of success in the future. I hope they continue to have many happy clients.
Thank you, Sadek and team for everything.
