There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

We had initially called them regarding another property but Lauren was extremely enthusiastic about our needs and preferences and suggested some more properties that would be more suitable for us. We ended up going with one of those properties recommended by her and love it so far. Megan was super helpful in sorting out all the paperwork and getting the contract ready. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. She explained the terms of the contract very clearly and we are very happy with the experience thus far! She was also always available to answer any questions we had at all times. I really appreciated their suggestions and positive attitude throughout the process. Highly recommend Abbotts! :)
15th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Arranged to see a bungalow for my mum and dad last week and the team went out of the way, to sort everything out quickly and efficiently as they knew our situation. Andrew, met us and showed us around the property. Both myself and my partner thought he was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, informative, knew about the bungalow, the owner, the area AND the neighbours/planning etc. He was super polite and super friendly. He also offered many solutions and suggestions to issues with the property etc. Even my hard to please Mum (80yrs old, still scary) told me he was the best Estate Agent she'd experienced! Enough said really!

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.

27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Watch out. If you don't put it in writing they will lie and pretend you haven't told them. In response...... actually it's because I repeatedly told you the garage door was broken and the landlord was doing nothing about it. You ignored me and six months later you pretended I hadn't phoned and told you about it. Upon leaving you told me I'd be able to collect the washing machine if it was mine. Turned out it was mine but the landlord kept it and charged me for its disposal. All your inspections and inventories were in favour of the landlord You also appear to have several fake positive reviews about your company on this site.

Ross the estate agent was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process bridging the gap between buyer and seller which sped the process along extremely quickly, enabling us to complete within 8 weeks. If we ever decided to sell we will certainly be using Hizzy property to do so.

A very big thank you to Anita, who was incredibly understanding, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Even though we were unable to gain access to one of the properties, Anita went out of her way to assist us and helped connect us with the customer. Her support and willingness to help truly stood out. Overall, our experience was smooth and pleasant. We would highly recommend Anistenhomes and would be more than happy to work with them again in the future

Selling a property long distance is not easy but Allan and Jason ensured everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date. If They were not available when I contacted the office their Team were fully aware of circumstances and able to answer / follow up any queries. I would highly recommend this Estate Agent.
