15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I found Andrews to be very helpful and efficient throughout. In particular, Tierney was extremely helpful, responsive and professional, making the whole process straightforward and easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrews and Tierney to others.
10th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Ellie, the agent was punctual at every viewing and didn't rush the viewing. She was very friendly and welcoming. Any answers she didn't know she said she will put it all in an email. She found all the properties that most matched our requirements and always communicated well by telephone and email. I would recommend this estate agent at Kings Chingford.
11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Very professional and helpful service. I always receive information or explanation when I need. Thank you.
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Isabella from Bairstow Eves was so knowledgeable and helpful today and sorted out my query straightaway.

13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with Martin throughout our house purchase. We originally went to view a different property, but Martin mentioned that another house would soon be coming onto the market. After viewing it, we fell in love with it and ultimately went on to buy it, so we’re really grateful that he brought it to our attention.

From the very beginning, Martin was knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. He was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help things progress, regularly communicating with the vendors and both sets of solicitors, particularly when things were moving more slowly than expected.

Martin and his colleague Mark were instrumental in helping to keep the purchase on track when delays from the solicitors threatened to slow things down. Martin was also a great help when our structural survey raised a few points of concern, liaising with the vendors on our behalf and helping us work through the issues.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin or Ashton White to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Excellent service from start to finish, and a real credit to the estate agency. Thank you, Martin and Mark, for all your help in getting us into our new home!
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Very Happy with James Reyland, would defintely recommend.
4th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I had a fantastic experience with The Property Specialists in Billericay. David and Jay were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process — professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always there when I needed them.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. They made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.

I can’t recommend The Property Specialists highly enough. A genuine 5-star service from start to finish.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)The services was always exceptional. From the start of our tenancy until the time we moved. All our issues were always addressed on time. I will recommend Elwell Taylor to anyone looking for a property. Thank you ??????
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)They were very profesional
12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We had nothing going on with them no one threw the door or no communication with them since they put my property on the market
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I’ve had a positive experience so far. Communication has been friendly and professional, and the process of moving into the property has generally been smooth. Any questions I’ve raised have been responded to promptly and helpfully. Thank you for your support throughout the process.
10th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)What a fantastic estate agents this is. I bought a property and the seller used S J Warren. From start to finish their communication was unreal. Lucie is absolutely fantastic aswell as Lorraine and Simon. If I ever decide to sell my property I will 100% use S J Warren. Thank you for helping push this across the line and getting us to completion in just over 12 weeks.

Hendricks Estate Agents - Southend-On-Sea
Hendricks Estate Agents, 812- 812a London Rd, Leigh-on-Sea , SS9 3NH(61 reviews)
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)From the moment we met Alfie, it was really a no brainer to use Hendricks for the sale of our property. He knew the area and what other properties were selling for and we had a good feeling about him. The sale went through quickly and efficiently and I would thoroughly recommend Hendricks estate agents.
