10th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

His vast knowledge of the business appears second to none with many years experience in this local Teddington/Kingston area I will not hesitate to use him to sell my house within the next months!!

18th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely horrible, would not even refer them to an animal. After waiting nearly four months for an accept or decline decision on my offer no contact from Raj. He contacted me 4 times during this period and that was only in the month of February. Incredibly unprofessional and such a poor customer service.
26th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I rented with Frognal Estates for two years, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whenever anything needed fixing or attention in the flat, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently, and they were always easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The flat itself was a fantastic space, and it's clear that they place a real emphasis on quality, thoughtful design, and great locations. Those were all priorities for me, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality rental.

The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

I recently moved into a new flat, and Network Agencies has been incredibly responsive and proactive with maintenance requests. Within a short time, they cleared the exterior drains, fixed a broken toilet handle, replaced an old and rusted oven, and even covered the cost of a garden waste disposal bin. Their professionalism and quick communication have made settling into my new home very easy. I feel looked after and like they genuinely care. Special shout out to Dino, Alex, and Andy - thank you for all your support. Highly recommended.

2nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.
