Ali at Hamptons stood out in particular since he directly understood our need, and once we found the apartment, he made sure everything was going as fast as possible. So glad it worked out, and a particular thank you to Ali!
14th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Security is not a thing for them. A stranger entered the building in the middle of the night and activated the fire alarm of my flat by smoking in front of my door. I didn't understand what was happening, I just tried to set the alarm off. Fortunately, I didn't open the door. Anything could have happened if I had done it. The agency never messaged me to ask if I was alright. Long time after the incident, they finally decided to replace the front door lock. But the job wasn't finished on a Friday evening and the door was completely unlocked during the whole weekend. Apart from that, they evicted me saying that the flat would be renovated, which was a lie. But that's a detail. If you want to live in a place where you feel safe, and also feel you can trust your agency, avoid this one.

14th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

14th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
18th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)We found our rental apartment through Sunny Bay. The agent was very helpful showing us around the place and the communication has been very clear and easy from the start. After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.
10th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)rented a property through Blackstone Residentials from 17/03/2024 to 01/02/2026, and it was one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. From the beginning of the tenancy until the day we moved out, several major issues in the property were never properly resolved. One sink never worked correctly, one shower had ongoing problems, and the washing machine was faulty for months. Even after repeatedly reporting these issues, repairs were either delayed for an unreasonable amount of time or never properly fixed at all. The washing machine replacement alone took around 3–4 months, and the replacement provided was a refurbished machine with very limited functionality. What was most frustrating was the attitude from the agency whenever we raised complaints. Instead of taking responsibility and managing the property professionally, they constantly blamed the landlord by saying things like “our owner is not good” or “she doesn’t listen, we can’t help.” As tenants, that should not be our problem. We were paying rent expecting a properly maintained property, not excuses for nearly two years. Every time we contacted them about maintenance issues, it felt like they were doing us a favour instead of fulfilling basic responsibilities. Many of the complaints we raised at the start of the tenancy were still unresolved by the end. The situation became even worse after moving out when they attempted to claim nearly 90% of our deposit — including deductions related to issues we had already been reporting to them for around 1.5 years. Thankfully, the deposit was protected through DPS, and because we had evidence, emails, and documentation, we were able to dispute the claims and recover most of our money back. My advice to anyone considering renting through this agency, especially students: document absolutely everything. Take photos and videos before moving in, keep all emails, and never rely only on verbal promises. Without evidence, it would have been very easy for us to lose a large amount of money unfairly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency.

12th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I chose Steven to sell my flat because he seemed so honest and straight when I first met him -- and he proved to be exactly that as the sale progressed through all kinds of unexpected headaches. I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!

21st Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Finally making time to type up a review after successfully selling my property through Green Lane Residential! It's been a pleasure to be assisted by Humzah, Paul and Aryan. I was actually approached of around 6-8 by estate agents. Whilst, I bought my property back in 2021 with another estate agent and they had contacted to sell it for me, it seemed a no brainer as they were aware of my property but Paul stood out for me personally as he was the only with a lot more attention to detail and acknowledging every little detail and understanding my personal needs in this situation so that was the first big step. The second was Humzah - what a perfect role model - from start to end in finding the right buyers, the confidence, understanding both side needs, transparent in everything and even if it was things you did not want to hear - although stress at times (out of his hands) it was always in full belief and good faith in what advice was given by him. So thank you again for your help - we will be in touch for a long time and definitely would refer if any friends or family were looking to sell for sure.
