They’re professional, reliable, and always quick to respond.<br>We rented our first apartment in London through them after moving here, and we’ve now been living in it for almost two years. We really love our apartment and have had very few issues. Whenever something did come up, they were quick to respond and help resolve it.<br><br>We’re especially happy to have worked with James. He’s always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great agency, thank you!

5th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)????????????the worst agency no responsibility for 4 months<br>They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.<br>All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open<br>Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.<br>And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????

We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. He was communicative, prompt with responses and just generally lovely to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him!

Both the tenants and l receive a very personable service which you do not often find these days. I have complete trust in the company, they are reliable, honest and trust worthy and keep me up to date with current legislations and anything that l need to do/know in regard to renting out a property. Very highly recommend.

Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid
