The agency was always responsive, professional, and quick to deal with any issues in the flat. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. 26th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

If you need an higher price, other estate agents will try to find that for you. That might be the right approach for you, but if you want to sell at the market price, Standford’s aim to do that for you.

Very helpful as well with all the accounts settings for electricity, gas, council tax, etc…. Thank you Jane, Alan, Jon for your presence during all these years. Really love dealing with you (compares to big names in the letting property industry) no comparison !

Very responsive, any issues are fixed at the earliest opportunity without hassle. Staff are very personable and accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of this agency

31st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. They provided outstanding service at every stage from the initial meeting, valuation, photography, listing, viewings, offer, negotiation and completion. Never pushy, they gave us expert and professional advice throughout and were patient, engaged, empathetic and constructive in overcoming the inevitable hiccups that come with a sale. Highly recommended.
