13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)After living in the Whitehall Park area for 20 years, when it came to looking to relocate to Northern England and sell our beloved home, it became quickly apparent that Whitehalls Estate Agents was the only sensible option! Gary handled our sale professionally and calmly; it was a pleasure working with him. His knowledge of the local area and market is unmatched, and we got a real sense that he knew how to achieve the best and most appropriate result for both seller and buyer. And he found us lovely people to buy our home which was really important to us. We welcomed his considered advice and he was proved right throughout! An enjoyable and comparatively speedy process, where the stress of moving and leaving the area was much reduced thanks to Gary. Thank you.
14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

28th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)A few things which we were promised which they didn’t deliver on, we went with this estate agent because they said they’d have multiple offices working on our property, but it ended up being just one office in a different area to where we were selling. We were there for some of the viewings and they didn’t know answers to basic questions which we know we had given them information for
11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)George Lewis and Gareth Davies have been going far and beyond as estate agents. They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Thank you very much!

23rd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

10th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!
13th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
28th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)I can highly recommend this company. We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.
